This is true. My daughter was diagnosed with alopecia areata when she was 4 years old. At first, I panicked and took her to a dermatologist. They prescribed 7% minoxidil, which caused unwanted hair loss, scalp irritation, and dermatitis. Her zinc levels were also low, so you are right about that. As of last month, I started using Camille Rose’s rosemary oil, and her hair is growing back quickly. Now, I’m considering mixing it with pumpkin seed oil, both topically and ingested. However, I need to know the appropriate amount to ingest for a 5-year-old?
I use pumpkin seed oil, almond oil, rosemary oil rub on my scalp with fingers and rub in hair all way to my ends. Dont need to saturate hair. I let it stay on for 2 to 4 hours. My hair is almost 3ft long pin straight, shiny im 5ft tall. People compliment my hair all the time. Once or twice a week is fine to apply oils.
One treatment of Pumpkin seed oil and my hair looks glossier than it’s ever been!! Always dry and brittle! Can’t wait to see the results after a few weeks
I have until now very good results with castor oil. I massage it together with coconut oil into my scalp, not into my whole hair. I leave it for 20-30 minutes. Then I put hair conditioner ( Alverde organic) into my hair and only then I wash my hair as normal once. (Lavera organic shampoo) The first time when using castor oil together with coconut oil i felt a quite strong itching sensation on my scalp. The second time when I used it, I 've felt only very little bit itching and I noticed that my dandruff has disappeared completely. My hair became beautiful smooth, shiny and soft. Not greasy at all. I have straight healthy very long hair naturally that tends to get greasy. This way of treating my hair was not leading to more greasy hair. For me it is perfect.
I’m 65 m and going through crazy hair growth. I don’t know exactly what’s causing it, I take zinc, pumpkin oil and collagen peptides. I’m guessing it’s the latter. I’ve suddenly got “Beethoven hair” and rediculous dark thick coverage on my forearms. I started taking collagen peptides exactly a year ago.
I'm loving pumpkin seed oil. I've been using it as my pre-poo/ hot oil treatment /detangler for about 2 years now 😊. I also add it to my diy ayurverdic hair oil blend.
Loved your videos, Thank you. In addition to Pumpkin seed oil for topical use, what about Organic Pumpkin Seed Powder added to a smoothy? Would that also help hair regrowth? I looked at some of the capsule supplements and they look very large. Thanks again.

Bro is it important to use it with something or is it ok to apply just pumpkin seed oil, also can I add coconut oil with it or apply after applying pumpkin seed oil
Hi, Dr. Hope you're well. I just want to know if I can use the following product only. I need to use a helmet everyday with a minimum 5 hours of usage and gradually I am losing my hair which I noticed. I always see your videos and after watching this , I did some research and found this product: Seven Minerals, NEW Rosemary Oil for Hair Growth, Infused with Rice Protein, Caffeine, Mint and Natural Hair Strengthening Oils, Naturally Thicker, Longer, Softer Hair for Men & Women (2 fl oz) Please advise if I can only use this to get my hair growth.
I know you did (very quickly) mention topical, 30 minutes. My question is on that - can zinc and mg be absorbed thru the skin? Because, there's some controversy about whether Epsom salts in bath water can be absorbed, or does it just feel good. Or absorbed in skin, but not into blood. Because, surely the DHT issue, is blood supply to scalp?
Sir , im 18 yrs old , im suffering excess sebum production on my scalp from 3yrs ..now im using finax 1mg still my glands produces excess sebum..plzz kindly recommend to block DHT to save my hair
There are some lifestyle factors that should be implemented first. Some of these are using a clarifying shampoo once a week to remove buildup and excess oil and reducing the use of blow dryers, straighteners, and curling irons, as heat can stimulate more oil production.
You guys need to have a good balanced diet! Include supplements such as antioxidants, zinc, iron, copper, lysine, and more. Drink a lot of water and use at least 10h topically. Pumpkinseed oil and recommended bio-oil should be used topically, and take 14g a day orally. This way, DHT is slowed down. If you can afford it, take 500mg of saw palmetto a day and work out to get oxygen. Use Minoxidil at night to boost blood flow with high-quality, nutrient-rich blood, so your hair will regrow. Minoxidil can be stopped, but you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and use some oils for your scalp since DHT can return and damage it again. Good luck, peeps! I helped myself with just natural stuff and took Minoxidil, but not every day. I would recommend using it every day. 😊
Hi Doc, I've been experiencing hair loss due to telogen effluvium caused by stress. In your opinion, would a pumpkin seed oil supplement be helpful for stress-induced hair loss in men? Thank you.
@@ArsalanAspires Thanks for your quick reply. Do you have any suggestions for what could help with telogen effluvium? It has been going on for over a year now. I have seen many dermatologists, but they haven't been able to provide the right help. I'm trying to avoid taking minoxidil. I received a recommendation to use Dermovate scalp (clobetasol), but it’s quite a strong steroid, and I’m worried it might worsen my situation. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you might have. Thanks a lot.

Most pumpkinseed oils is produced by roasted pumpkin seeds. Does it still work? Or do it has do be unroasted seeds? Love from Sweden 🇸🇪❤️

There are some lifestyle factors that should be implemented first. Some of these are using a clarifying shampoo once a week to remove buildup and excess oil and reducing the use of blow dryers, straighteners, and curling irons, as heat can stimulate more oil production.
Is it possible to eat the roasted seeds whole for the same effect? If so, how much? I believe the study used 400mg of PSO daily.
It is hard to tell how much of the roasted seeds will equate to the same bioactive properties.
Plz do skin care in 40’s thx
