If you want to really make yourself healthier and better looking and look better in your clothes, particularly collared shirts and sport coats.....DO THAT! I'm lighter skin with reddish hair and in my mid 50's...and I BENEFITED from that tremendously. All the rest of you guys should really get a bang for your buck with that one change.
Watching this video actually gave me a hige dose of motivation. The bonding and love between Antonio and Alpha is like a match made in heaven. These are true friendship goals and I am lucky to have followed RMRS and Alpha for 2 years now and made similar friendships in my life. East or West RMRS is the best Lots of love and prayers 😍😍

Thanks for the good tips, as someone that has recently started implementing some of these practices I can vouch that it does have a massive impact on your life. The changes may not be immediate, but over time you start to feel great. Perseverance is key. :)
The two books i would recommend to anyone for learning social skills are, "How to win friends and influence people" - Call this the beginners guide to sociability. It doesn't go into massive detail of the hows and why's, but it does an excellent job teaching the fundamentals. "the charisma myth" - A book about how to become charismatic, goes much more in depth than the former. Pays more attention to body language (which is around 60% of communication). Bonus Material: "Models - Attract Women Through Honesty" focuses more on attracting women specifically, it can also be very helpful.

Honestly, you two are the best youtube channel for men's fashion and tips. I remember this channel had 50k subscribers. You helped me a lot, especially when it came to suits. I remember seeing your video of how to wear a white shirt and saw Alpha M channel, and I subscribe. You two are bloody mentors for Men's fashion industry.
I've definitely learned from my mistakes in the past. A girl that I liked initiated a conversation with me, and being the shy teenager I am, didn't carry it on. Only way to learn I guess. Great video, Antonio. Thanks!
Damn, right off the bat. I actually used to do the first one as well. I found it profoundly annoying when people would go into a place and act like divas or as though everyone there owed them anything. I myself walked into places and got treated like a celebrity... because I took the time and made the effort to cultivate those relationships. I learned their names first, then gave them a reason to hook me up or be glad that I was there. Case in point, one of the bars I went to, there was one bartender/manager there where on about every fifth drink order (Man I'd burn through them in a night) I'd order one more than I needed, then when paying for it, leave it for him. Like a shot or something. I know "But you're buying his favor." I can guarantee you, I got way more free drinks in that place by doing that, than I paid for in tips or the ones I'd leave for him. Not only that, but I got carte blanche to do as I pleased... like he'd let me go up and jam away in the DJ booth, or actually space tables apart to play beer pong... in a "classy" bar. No lie, I NEVER left that place by myself. That and I actually got to know him as well. Like sometimes I'd go in during the day or something when they were slow and he and I'd actually just kind of hang out. Although, the "Knowing their name/getting to know them" thing can backfire. There was one place I went to (On a first date, no less) but I hadn't been there in a while. The manager remembered me from when we hung out until 4am for his birthday, but the waitress brought us our menus after the manager gave her the "Take care of them" chat and I said "Thank you. Elizabeth, right?" She got this weird, panicked look in her eyes, as though I was stalking her and violating the restraining order. Responding with "Ye-yeah... how did YOU know?" Right there in front of my date. As though there's something she should be worried about. I told her "Whoa, calm down, I used to come in here all the time..." She pissed off but then never came back. Instead we had another waitress, Nora. Whom I liked better anyway. As she walked up it was more akin to what I'm used to, "Oh hey, I haven't seen you in here for a while, how've you been? What's your friend Shawn been up to? I haven't seen him here in what feels like forever." Yea... we were back on track after that.
Antonio and Aaron thank you so much you both have help me become more with my confident in myself and my fashion please never stop doing what the both of you do and anyone who hasn't like or subscribe to both of this men channel's do so they can change your life if you just listen to them and get out your own head

I'll suggest a diet tip that is probably the most important and useful: quit sugar. Keto, Vegan, what ever, we can all agree that quitting sugar is the next best thing to do after quitting smoking.
