    강력분(bread flour) 400g
    소금(salt) 7g
    드라이 이스트(dry yeast) 6g
    설탕(sugar) 32g
    우유(milk) 90g
    물(water) 184g
    무염버터(butter) 36g
    오란다 식빵틀 3개분량 (120그램씩 분할)
    옥수수 식빵틀 1개분량 (180그램씩 분할) + 남은 반죽 1개
