Fiz hj! Fiz exatamente como a receita. Tenho balança e pesei tudo certinho. Fiz o passo a passo na mão. Ficou exatamente como o do vídeo. Como são poucos ingredientes foi super fácil sovar. Infelizmente fiz com margarina,n tenho manteiga. A princípio na segunda fase de colocar a margarina, fica uma melequeira só, até parece q n vai dar certo, mas é só sovando num mármore ou outra superfície até a massa e a margarina incorporar. Pena q n da pra mandar foto e Instagram n sei usar.

There is no way the dough be so white and smooth even after i did so many slam dunks on it...and also its not going to rise/ferment so high even after i put in an extra 20 minutes of so... But the biggest headache is 170C at 28-32 mins...no way, its remains uncooked. My first attempt yesterday took me 28+4+20 mins...its either my bread flour, maybe protein is less? The taste however, i have no problems, fresh and yummy!
hey, i tried this 3 times already and for me it always worked fine, only once it didnt rise and that‘s because i didn‘t knead it long enough, if you‘re kneading by hand it‘ll take a long time, i‘m now doing it with a machine and it works a lot better like this! maybe if it‘s also not rising you have to give it a long time because you didn‘t add enough yeast, and don‘t forget to pre-heat the oven when you‘re letting it bake :) i‘m sadly no baker so i also don‘t really know an answer

I guess first time around, i didnt do enough kneading. 2nd time around, i bake at 180 for 40 mins, after 20, i turned the Pullman container a full 360°. Maybe 3rd time i will bake for 38 mins only. My bread inside was very lightly brown, not totally white. But it tastes so good especially if cut and just toasted in oven, 5 mins on each side at 100°. How was the colour of your bread inside?

Hi there! Yummy bread. I cheated on the process by using my Kitchenaid as I didn’t have enough time. Could you mention the temperature of milk and water My dough took time to rise - not sure if we are heading to winters or I should have used warm water and milk. Loved the bread. I was freaking adding 30 gms sugar but after eating I was glad I followed the recipe as is. Thank you for sharing, next time I will make it I will follow it to a T 😊.

У меня 2 разные формы, одна алюминиевая, а вторая с антипригарным покрытием с крышкой, вот именно в ней мне не нравится поверхность хлеба, какая-то глянцевая корочка получается и бледноватый хлеб. Несколько рецептов перепробовала и всегда одинаковый результат. Уже и на нижнем уровне пробовала, и всё что-то не то.
@@Надежда-ю3ж2м Вы знаете, у меня тоже две формы. К одной ( хотя вроде и есть покрытие) хлеб пристает. Поэтому я выстилаю дно и бока пергаментом. А верх хлеба перед тем, как ставить в духовку, смазываю кисточкой обычной водой. И корочка такая румяная и красивая. Попробуйте.
Its says Pullan FAN size 18 x 13.5......i googled and it took me about 5 secknds to realise its a type. It should read as PAN size..good recipe, will try it, looks simple
