I can’t tell you how much that meant to my son and me! My son is going on 4 years sobriety and Scott is in his recovery ❤️🩹 so in our book Scott is a great guy, don’t care what no says and anyone in recovery should be celebrated because there still here with there loved ones and my son has reached out to others who have struggled to! Scott and all the Creed members are good with each other today! Sometimes I think people want Scott to stay stuck in past addiction cycle instead of moving forward! Scott has a new song off his last album from 2019 on his album Space Between The Shadows called Survivior and it’s a great song for anyone who’s struggled! I hope we get a new Creed album and tour as a fan of them I hope that comes true! I’d love if you guys reacted to Survivior and another song off that album is called Purpose For Pain and Gone Too Soon, all great songs! Thanks for listening appreciate you guys!
The “Lion” who “roars in the distance” and holds the key is an allegory for Jesus.
I love creed I would love 2 see more reactions from u guys on creed.
Ha ha haaaaaa........"I said what I said" !! Love it
My sacrifice is my favorite creed song. They make amazing music.
They call this kind of singing the underbite 😂 I love it
I love Creeds 1st album. I wz blessed to see a sneak preview performance rt B4 the debut of this album. The guitarist tunes to 🎼C for most of the tunes and that gives the tweek to their vibe thrghout
Lol I' with brad all day on this one haha
Creed was Huge! This song in particular. Like myself there was a ton of Metal Heads that hated pearl Jam and still do!
I didn't hate Pearl Jam, but I absolutely hated the endless worship that the critics and music snobs gave them. It didn't matter what Pearl Jam put out, they were going to love it. And those same people, it didn't matter how good of a song Creed put out, they were going to shit on it.
@@jek4837 Yeah I know right! Was like that with Zeppelin from the rolling stone when I was a kid! Then they would retract and with an added message say that it's Zeppelins last good album? Over and over!
This was my absolute favorite band when I was in high school. With Arms Wide Open, One, and What's This Life For are musts.
Scott stapp has one of the best rock voices And this aint even one of their better songs Seen them a couple times before they got popular In Orlando where they're from Right down the road from where I live
Awesome band , love for you all to jump into them more
His voice is one of the greatest, imo. And his stage presence and lyric/singing style is dynamic.
Stapp is definitely from the old generation of true "rock stars", vocal uniqueness, stage presence everything is next level with him.
I guess being a direct clone of Eddie Vedder is unique and great.
@@eq1373 the only thing similar is the “errrr” in their voices. Two completely different performers.
Creed-Higher , is a good song
Absolutely loved the first Creed album, really liked the second, and liked a few songs on the third. "Weathered" is actually one of my favorites. They're a unique band, Mark Tremonti is a great guitarist and went on to great things in Alter Bridge as well (check out their song Metalingus), Scott Stapp was an inspired lyricist who unfortunately took a pretty steep downturn. Really enjoyed your reaction, as always!
Scott has solo albums and tours frequently. His voice is still stellar and his shows are worth every dime.He is so kind to his fans.
"One" is a great song by Creed
Creed: Vocals - Amazing, Musicianship - Amazing.... Subject matter - Antiquated
One of our many bands that got us through deployment's especially in 2001
Creed has got a bunch of great songs, regardless of what people say about them. Torn, With Arms Wide Open, Higher. They were one of the biggest alternative bands around the turn of the century.
Y’all are by far the best channel for reactions. It feels real and I actually enjoy it.
Creed is from Tallahassee, FL. Listen to their first two albums and dive deep, don't listen to the haters
Thnks fo the react ...one of my fav band creed....when i was 11 one last breath got me into this.... and still jaming today,, never get old, like some of listening people nowadays...
Love Creed....I know they get shit on a lot for their music, but look at the talent that they have, with Myles Kennedy now as Alter Bridge....Tremonti especially, what a portfolio of music
Mark is a great guitarist and he can sing too. His band Tremonti is bad ass
When this song came out, it exactly explained my life at that time. It was the springboard to my salvation.
They are great live. Underrated.
Creed was a great band. There biggest critics was that they sounded like Pearl Jam. It true there were heavy similarities but we’re still a great band in their own right.
"Torn" by Creed is my Jam.. But "My Own Prison" and "One" have a good sound and a good message.
I'm gonna go ahead and assume that "*BETTER THAN PJ!?*" is a reference to sleepwear and continue on accordingly. 😉
Also, awesome tune by a solid band who made lots of good music.
This song is one of the baddest mfrs ever
I love both you guys. Always have such cool reactions. I haven't seen Brad this animated before this. Lex I absolutely love you and the way you react. You're so cool and fun. Oh and the band, well I've always been a huge fan of Creed. Great choice today.
Love the reactions, you guys are great! Please check out, "What if", It's an excellent harder song from Creed. Really good!
Thanks I requested this🔥🔥🔥🤘🔥🔥🔥thank you .lex is FOREVER
You 2 should definitely check out "what's this life for" from the same album!
I noticed he fucks with the post grunge late 90s early 2000s rock
You have to love lex as she make funny sounds when she talk about the songs
The vocals are a style only sung by the Grunge. It’s called Yarling.
Sounds like Eddie and Layne’s love child.
Cher was a yarler, too.
@@Land-Shark and David Cassidy from the partridge family
and The Hootie guy, Darius Rucker
Loved the reaction. Would love to see more reactions of Creed. They have more great songs.
I agree with Brad's take.. I also love the message, and the sound of heavy bass in this song.
You guys need to listen to their song Can You Take Me Higher, it's A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!
Definitely on my 90's playlist.
Yeah, I don't understand the trashtalk about them. They were great back in the day. And with Mark Tremonti on guitar (and, I'm sure background vocals!), it CAN'T be bad!
His father was a preacher just like Alice Cooper
We need more Creed! When are you guys going to listen to more!?
I’ve been trying to get them to listen to more! You gotta come on the live streams and request them.
This song and album reminds me of being a kid so very much. My favorite song on this album but the whole thing is great.
Creed is like Nickelback they get so much hate but Creed has some great songs. My favorite is "With Arms Wide Open"
Music for dorks
@@johncarolina4950 😂😂😂
That song is so cringe. They have tons of bangers but that isn’t one of em.
Not a fan of nickel been a fan of creed since the 90s
Wow😢
Great observation about the maturity of the song's lyrics and themes - wise man!
People like to hate on Creed because it's the popular thing to do, but I've been jamming to Creed since '97 and I've always loved their music. The lead singer's name is Scott Stapp and you should check out some of his more recent solo stuff, specifically "Purpose For Pain"
This is my childhood theme song..
He wrote this entire album while living in his buddy's walk-in closet.
CREED. Amazing musicians singer songs. They will be redeemed and acknowledged one day for their undeniable sound and quality. They were Christian's and hated by the music media.
Please try “Pity for a Dime” or “One”. So many great songs they made.
yes one of the best songs on this album. Tremonti is very under rated
Thank you, Brad. I think every song reverberates for who it reverberates for- I've definitely felt like I was in my own prison for a long time. Glad one of you enjoyed it lol!
My favorite creed song is rusted and weathered.
Creed: Faceless man ❤
Please, please more Creed!!
Great band from the 90's.
Watched them at the Universal in LA.
Some of the songs from Creed I'm particular about. This one here. Also Torn, My Sacrifice, One Last Breath.
