Dear Virendra Ji, Pranam. I am 73 years old retired army personnel. I am a patient of diabetes, BP and have lower back pain. However, by the grace of God every thing is under controlled. I generally get up from bed at about 4.30 in the morning and after being fresh I use to do normal exercises and yoga which suit me. You will agree that most of the people like me are suffering from these diseases. Now my submission is to please do an one hour session including prayanama (a complete package) for people like us suffering from these diseases.
