  • Hey everyone! I'm SO excited to share this video! I've been working on this secretly for over a month now and keeping it quiet has been hard.
I'm a sucker for huge weapons and this thing just caught me right in the feels. Just look at it! This is a little more accurate to the Game version in terms of proportions to itself but they did a great job in the movie copying the same look and style!
In this video i'll walk you through my process of evaluating the files, printing, painting, and assembling the Jawblade!
It's turned into one of my favorite props and i couldn't be happier with the results!
Listed below are the files! Ejoy!

Yeah, Frank always delivers! I started printing this sword yesterday evening but I had to scale this to 75%, it will be smaller but still cool piece. I'm printing on standard quality and details looks really good.

EDIT: Just finished printing at right around 3,637 grams of filament! Jut over $60 in material using Amazon primer Ender PLA.
I can't find anywhere how much filament this takes to make lol. As somebody else stated on here, I don't want to spend the money until I know!! If you happen to remember please let us know. Awesome video thanks

Quick question, since fan art is not technically legal to monetize, how were you able to monetize your youtube channel?

    • @FranklyBuilt

Because it’s not fan art. It’s cosplay crafting, science and tech.

I start larger near the handle. 15-20%. Then just lower it as I get towards the end. And yeah .2mm layer
