This was one of the coolest projects i've undertaken and I'm floored with the results! But be warned, it's a TALL order if you plan to print and build it at 100% scale!
In this video I'll be taking you from the 3D files, to the printing process, Assembly, Sanding, Painting, Finishing + some cool tricks to make your Resin Prints look amazing!

to support the blade, you can use square aluminum tube that goes from the base of the handle to almost the tip of the blade, it would weigh less and possibly be stronger.

Frank, I love your stuff. I found a GREAT ! gold color for you to try. I painted YORU with Dupli-color chrome gold which didn;t look as vibrant as I wanted. I sprayed over it with some Kustom Canz candy gold and it looks fantastic ! You've helped me a lot so I thought I'd send this your way. Keep up the great videos.

Just about every piece of my Mando armor has been covered in Resin. It's just super easy, and makes the print that much more durable as well.

Why not use carbon fiber tubes instead of the metal rods?

Hey frank I hope you see this. I’m trying to properly scale helmets so they can fit my head. When I get it to the right size, the helmet is too big for the printer to print. I’m using ultimaker Cura. What do I do?

I myself am working on printing Zangetsu in its first shikai appearance and can’t wait to put it together 😂😁 only one question I have is when doing “pla welding” are you just using a soldering iron to melt the plastic together?

can you do a video about how to get good prints. I finale got a 3d printer and I watched some videos of how to level your bed and how to get good prints but all the ones on both topics didn't work. the bed levelling ones never told me how MUCH force the paper needs to get a good first layer.

Ordered a Neptune 4 plus today, and I'm pretty hyped about it! Just a question to the people who already own a N4 (Pro) or even a Plus or Max (for the people in the future), are there official profiles for Cura 5? There aren't even Profiles for the Plus and Max on the Elegoo Cura which is based on Cura 4. Thank you in advance :)

Hey, quick question. Have you owned/ printed using the cr10 v2 i recently made the switch to cura but am having insane difficulty with the settings. Any reccomendations are helpful
what type of cura do you use? in my cura 5.0 i cant cange the infill of the supports i use and it takes like 600 grams of supports for a simpple helmet

Just started working on ender3v2neo and cr10 your videos got me interested in 3d printing what I'm making the red hood mask on the cr10 but. Can you tell me witch is the esest printer is the esest one to load the filiment into the printer doesn't matter make do to being disabled with permanent nerve damage in my.arms but I'm doing good with one color print,s my next helmet is the iron man ps your videos helped me alot too do this progect

I just bought a Creality Ender 3!!! Finally, but I can't get it to print, I leveled it, and redid the card, yet it still will not print. Do you have any ideas?
