I really appreciate shows where people have skills to make something cool. I on the other hand can't make anything more complicated than a sandwich.
Asmodeus They may have been born with some skill and creativity, but I guarantee you that this level of ability, which is very impressive, has been a long time of practice and learning. Which has paid off fantastically.
Don't put yourself down like that. Some sandwiches are absolutely beautiful.

just because you're strong, doesn't mean you can break the laws of physics: still impractical
Marco Pohl, not really, have you ever looked at how the Hunter's in Monster Hunter actually swing the weapon? its not like Cloud swinging it around like a butter knife, its incredibly slow and weighty, and the hunters never really swing the blade in a way that actually breaks the laws of physics. Only a big overhead slash, and a slow weighty up-swing, with a janky looking side-sweeping swing that knocks the hunter's position wierdly. (WELL, its still impractical because nobody would actually fight a beast with a sword when we have guns lol, but its a power fantasy game, what fun is realistic swords? Id rather fence in real life than play it)
Goraka91 Where have you found that information? Sounds like a halve-assed attempt to explain it.
@Tommy Vang come on man, I love this game too but it does break physics in nearly any way possible. just look at the iron weapons for example. They would weigh way more than you do ( 200 - 500 kilos ). That means unless your feet are nailed to the ground there is 0 chance of you swinging that think without throwing yourself instead of the weapon. Sometimes you just need to accept fantasy.

Should I get a Ps4 just to play world? Im used to playing on mobile so not sure I'll like doing it on a console. Never played the ps2 one, started my hunting season with MHF2 like 12 years ago lol.
hilmanic28 I started on PSP like you. But I had played it on WiiU and DS before this as well. I also already had a PS4. But I think the transition is really good. Just having two joysticks to control camera and player is a huge benefit.

@rynnwing Which glaive would it be? The ore one or maybe the bone one? The bone one would be cool because of the blade that flips out, but actually handling it would feel a bit awkward because of the heavier weight on the bottom.

I feel like I’m watching Man At Arms Reforged: Cosplay Edition, holy cow! Biggest difference would probably be that the viewers are learning the tricks of the trade alongside one of the cast members. Good on you, guys.

Wow I'm a big fan of all Monsterhunter games, I can't believe that you guys can really make it real! Great sword is always my favourite weapon. I like the details texture you gave it to the sword in real live.
This is truly amazing. This has given me so many more ideas to use in my prop making, an I'm so glad that I found this channel.
You two should make a really large bow next. Could be from Monster Hunter or something else, but just a crazy one not a simple looking one.

i've seen those videos and for what its worth they dont understand that keyblades are blunt weapons, seeing how they held the keyblades backwards and sharpened the key part
coming from a carpentry background, now doing reno's. this was a cool video to watch. had aspects of my own trades plus some incite involving ur own trade. the video definitely works on ur fan base.

The thing i really love about this series is the fact marcus doesn't just take things out of Adam's hand and doing it solo. Instead he's teaching us all really and actually treating Adam like an apprentice. Really cool show and loving the chemistry between the two. Hopefully they can do something from Gears Of War next!

My only problem with this from a cosplay perspective is maybe they should have used a lighter material cause I can't imagine trying to carry it around or even pose with it 😅

First off.....AMAZING JOB!!! I was scrolling through looking up information on MHW and seen this video. It really caught my attention for I myself am a greatsword user in MHW (I've only played the first Monster Hunter back in the day on Playstation 2 and this one...sadly). I prefer the greatsword over all else. The Buster Sword that Cloud used in Final Fantasy 7, which was originally used by Zack. The Zweihander from Dark Souls along with the Moonlight Greatsword. Anyways, you guys are authentic to me. You knew everything you were doing in this marvelous creation of the Wyvern Jaw Bone Greatsword. You two work well together and seem to have a lot of experience. I also like that there is no dramatic bull in your video. Straight to the point. Your making a life replica of a weapon from a video game, and that's exactly what you do. You two are artists with no strings attached. Visionary! If at all possible, maybe you could make the giant butcher knife style greatsword that Red Pyramid uses in the Silent Hill franchise. It's in several of the games and both the movies that were made of Silent Hill! Just a thought from a first time subscriber to your channel. Almost forgot to, but this is the first TH-cam channel I've ever subscribed to by the way!
