Because it was only reported as a threat. The cyclist was only threatened after the culprit walked a few metres away from the first victim. So the cyclist didn't get to see what happened between the 2 Indian guys and the culprit

Why is it that mostly when the suspects kena caught by the police, they made it seem like they don’t care they got caught. A bit more drama lah…like “yah that’s my name. Who are you, what you want?” Something like that..
