I believe this was the Boon Lay Drive slashings; in real life that happened at Blk 175 Boon Lay Drive. Obviously for Crimewatch they had to insert a fictitious and nonsensical address, but with so much news coverage of the actual case it wasn’t difficult to find its actual details.
And yes, video clips of the slashing are still on various online platforms right now; no I won’t be linking to them here, that would be too exploitative.

All these crime watch videos and prevention talks are useless when our judges are super kind and stinge when coming to awarding punishments to those criminals. Also, our judges are too easily taken into or conned into believing each time conscicenceless defence lawyers produce "medical" papers to bull about criminals' medical conditions.
