honestly the 4hr work week is incredible, i thought with stuff going remote it was dead advice but there's so many companies trying to get employees to come back into the office at least 3 days a week so it's worth looking at again imo

Thank you for creating George. You keep on talking about freedom, but, having lived in Thailand a few years, it is my belief that you are more free in the UK. Thailand, you are forever an alien, have to report to immigration every 99 days, have to pay extra for most things the locals get for free and cannot vote. You are not free to investigate or critique the government or higher here. It’s a wonderful country, with wonderful people. Also, you look healthy to me, wait till you get sick. You do not receive universal free healthcare. And just one more point, when I was in the UK last, not every man who was with a woman was over 6 foot and “jacked”. They looked just normal. You make some veeery valid points Free speech is one of the best things about the UK - although that is gradually being reduced (more people in the Western in prison over social media posts/free speech infringements than Russia - although the things they did say are deplorable). The NHS is one of the best things in the UK, but in London it is about 2-6 hours for an ambulance, and I've been to A&E multiple times with loved ones and waiting 10-12 hours each time to be seen - whereas "almost-private-like" service in Thailand is, somewhat - & to some, within reach. Visas are always a worry, but with the new DTV visa hopefully this is an visa-based anxiety remedy (fingers crossed!) Re the "everyone being jacked" thing - as I go gym I suppose I extrapolate that the average person looks like those you see in the gym I think I see it less of better/worse - but more trade-offs - and the totality of those trade-offs make me feel more free than in the UK. One of those being cost of living - whereas if you can reduce what you spend, you're less beholden on having to make money, which perhaps buys time and options in terms of more choice to do what you enjoy. We live better here because western salaries go far here. We also get to live as outliers. Therefore, one can carve out a nice little corner. But the culture is just as beoken....perhaps you are new here but these girls are just incorrigible
