I was on Keto/Carnivore for past 3 years and I suspect it contributes to my bad mood and sleep. I add fruits and some legumes and lately my homemade mineral water to my diet and it seems to improve my situation. I'm struggling with my sleep for 3/4 year, may be it's because of dehydration. However, adding carbs back to diet cause me skin issues especially acne. It's hard!
That’s one thing carbs definitely help with sleep cause they make you more tired. I’m on carnivore currently.
@@Kangaroobob actually you don't know how serious I was at the beginning of this story. In short, I could not sleep and always be aware, which means my sympathetic nervous system was over active all the time. Though I felt like I gotta be fainted at any time of the day, I still could not sleep whenever I laid down. It got worst when standing is not what I was capable of. My issue just improved when I first added some avocado and apple to my diet. I have to tell you it was disaster to me.
I don't hate Keto-Carnivore, I really had good time with this woe. It did improve my health until I had a trauma which kept me awaked. Couldn't sleep without adding some carbs
Add more raw fat!
