I was on Keto/Carnivore for past 3 years and I suspect it contributes to my bad mood and sleep. I add fruits and some legumes and lately my homemade mineral water to my diet and it seems to improve my situation. I'm struggling with my sleep for 3/4 year, may be it's because of dehydration. However, adding carbs back to diet cause me skin issues especially acne. It's hard!

Damn, this was actually really good advice. I've been having problems lately with doing the work im supposed to do on my online business. I've had this exact mindset that i have to "starve" myself from dopamine etc... In order to become successful. And it's not sustainable at all for me, life kinda feels pointless in that mindset that all you do is work.
