Day 1. Weight 64.6kgs. was able to do till 23 mins. Then those squats were not possible. My legs gave up. Can't sit now as well. Day 2: 64.6 kgs. I'm doing around 8-10k walking as well. Will try intermittent today as well. It was easier as compared to first video and i completed it.
I stopped at the 22nd minute bc my chest hurts. This is my first time getting back to aerobics and taking it slow! I'll redo this workout again tomorrow. Wish me luck! My goal is to lose 6kgs by November.

Also have ditched all junk food and take outs from my diet. Do it too. You'll feel so much better after doing so. I've been on my weight loss journey for quite a long time now. I'm 170 cm and my lowest weight was 72 kg. Because I have hypothyroidism my doctor said that it will be better for my health to lose 7 more kilos. But some time ago I lost all motivation to workout, my eating habits became so bad again and I ended up putting on 6 kg. So now I weight 78. I do not expect to lose all 10 kg during 1 month, but I'll do my best to get back on track. I'm eating healthy again and I will combine this workout routine with walking 8 km every morning. Let's see how much I lose. See you at the end of the 30 days challenge!
I couldn't follow the complete program. The type of exercises were not for me. After day 3 or 4 I couldn't do the movements because my back, specifically in the waist area started to hurt so bad. It had happened before with other videos and sadly I had to give up and I spent 2 weeks recovering from the pain. Then I found another channel and I'm so freaking happy with the workouts. I try to workout 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes and of course I still walk in the morning and now I just need to lose 3 more kg to be on 65 😃😃 It takes time and I have to be strict with what I eat but seeing the results gives me motivation to keep on going everyday.
@@aasthachandra5734 yaa there is visible result. I actually did a continuous routine of a single video of her workout. I saw an inch loose in 3 days when I exercised early in the morning. Ofcourse you wll have a soar body but that sourness adjusts your body
I have lost 2kg since I found a job (without exercices and I eating everything I want) but I want to lose more kilos. I hope to lose weight with mira's exercices :p
I really like your aerobics or zumba miss eva, this is what I do when my body feels so tired when I wake up in the morning. instead of working out, I just do aerobics. thank you

As an overweight person with 100+ i must truly say: I was sweating heavy after the first 10 minutes and have to change the moves for the next 10 minutes. But the music motivates! I'll try to do it every morning and we'll see how long it takes me to do the full workout 😂

Do warm up before this exercise its will not hurt . You will get best results
I finished it! It may not be perfect and as fast. Now, I am 91.90 kg hopefully I will be able to get to normal weight again like I was 6 years ago.
