    These workouts are perfect! I am 250lbs and am just starting my weight loss journey. I'm so happy to find your videos that are low impact (like no jumping jacks which are impossible to do at my weight without hurting) but still burn a crazy amount of calories! This is the end of week 4 and I have lost 12lbs!!!!!

      @@suparnabasistha7886 I have a fit bit that says I burn 413 calories with this video. But fitness trackers are usually about 10% off so I probably really burn around 370. I usually do two videos back to back and burn around 750 calories with the 10% included. Keep in mind your calories burned depends on your body weight and effort you put in.

      @@nehamalik6610 I only do her workouts for 40 min to an hour each day. Usually 2 videos back to back. If I have the energy I'll do a 3rd. I am also counting calories though. I eat no more then 1400 calories a day (determined based on my weight) and use the free app called Lose it! To keep track of what I eat.

    I like this girl a lot. Her style, her dressing and her moves are too good. I do atleast 2 of her workouts everyday and burn atleast 300 calories fast doing her moves.

      I started her videos a week ago. I dont have a weight so I dont know how much I weight but I measured my waist and I was 32inches. now im 31 1/2. I was super sore on my upper body area. I didn't really change my diet just started drinking more water. this is a great at home cardio workout! i break a heavy sweat each time I do her videos! I LOVE IT!

      exol kpop they stayed the same but I did get more toned. Specially my legs. And my abs area slimmed down a lot. I’m at 28 inches now. No diet. I kept everything the same just added more water to my non existent diet n less sugary drinks. I will start doing more toning abs workouts but so far. I love her exercises. I take 2 days off in between the week too so I don’t get too tired but it does make ur legs get tired a lot.

      Just FYI, there is no such thing as spot reduction with fat. In other words, you cannot target one specific area with fat loss. It doesn't work that way. Your body will burn and loose fat composition across the whole body. This is both completely ridiculous and pointless.

    Люблю ваши тренировки. С удовольствием делаю каждое утро и вечером))). Очень понравилась эта тренировка, потому что менялись девочки местами друг с другом и часто менялись движения, что очень важно - нет напряжённой нагрузки на суставы рук. Большое спасибо !!!!!

    The beauty of this routine is in the simplicity of it all! Even little children can learn to make this a motto.
    The universality of this routine is that it avoids weights, springs, ropes and accessories which sometimes might benefit the gyms more than the candidate.
    The focus in this routine is to ensure body flexibility and nimbleness rather than what weight one can lift or drag in a harness; you're not a horse!
    In everyone's life there comes a turning point: when you have to decide on a job or profession (which will take you perhaps up to the end of your productive life.) If you choose to be an astronaut, you'll thank yourself you didn't do the weights because you don't need to carry weights in space where weightlessness works for you!!
