Great video ! Been stream trout fishing for over 50 yrs. & have never caught a stream trout w/ lampreys on them . I have seen lampreys in streams around here though. That stream is a Gem ! I fish a few stocked streams near me (sw Mich.) & rarely have a day that good . Nice job man !
I'd never seen one IRL until last year. Got one on a shad in my gillnet. Shad aren't legal so removed the parasite n turned the fish loose. This lamprey was gray n almost 12" long.
Dude! That was a tiger trout, idk if that’s normal by you but they are rare here in Wisconsin. 100% it was a tiger trout hard to tell the difference but they are pretty cool.
@@Skyler.Bradley I’ve seen them on kings and steelies but not trout especially multiple….you may want to get ahold of dnr maybe they found a way in from a main river system
Keep up the great work
Thank you!
@@Skyler.Bradley yeah love your content
@@Skyler.Bradley great video. Do u use rooster tails?
You should do a different types of gun hunters video, including muscle loaders. Definitely got to have the muscle loaders
