- 2007 Ducati Monster 695 general maintenance:
In this video, we install NEW timing belts, intake filters, clutch push rod O-Rings, and a hydraulic clutch slave cylinder. We only stripped one bolt during the whole process... a new record! hahaha
Enjoy the video and stay tuned we have a ton of mustang videos coming soon!

Thanks for the video - i was a bit reluctant to do the cam belts myself in case i F**Ked it up but your step by step video gives me all the confidence i need to do it myself, i have looked at a few more videos and they did not explain the belt tension as good as you. I have a ABBA stand so i will turn over the engine with the back wheel off the ground and follow your instructions for everything else. Thanks Bren_1972 Ireland.
Thank you for the feedback! Glad I could help!
This video is the sole reason my bike it running.
That's awesome! Do a wheelie for us!
Thanks for this video man! Really helpful. Cheers from Belgium
Cheers!
Hey bud great video I have the same bike do you know where did you get that tool you have the bearing puller?
if the bike is yours...did u experience any oil leaks on the engine cover on left side? I already replaced lay shaft seal which looks like the crank seal. It's behind the dual center pulleys. wasn't too bad to change as well as the push rod o rings...but after approx 500km it started leaking again...ofcourse new sealant was applied on the engine cover before putting it back! :P thanks
Yes... much oil was lost over the years :( I was finally able to get the bike to stop leaking by putting paper gaskets WITH Permatex silicon on both engine side covers. I also was leaking oil out of my drive sprocket output shaft seal. The last oil leak I needed to fix was at the clutch slave cylinder. A new O-Ring and I was good to go!
Hey man, I am looking to change the air filter to the setup you are running. What size filters did you use?
Where did you buy your parts? I’ve been looking for aftermarket parts and I’ve been having a hard time finding them
I bought them from a motorcycle dealership in Grand Rapids MI. FOX PowerSports
