I think a few things would drastically improve this video 1) instead of disclosing that you don’t have the DLC say this is one video for the base game then if it does well make ones for the DLC. Some people may click off if they think there’s no new content they may like coming in. 2) background noise is high as hell. A tip to fix that is turn off all fans and AC. Then put a blanket over yourself and your mic if you’re at your desk OR if possible record in a enclosed area like a closet. This will muffle background noise and give a clearer sound 3) music. The music from in game and the sound effects are mixed poorly. You want them around 50/50 or if it’s sharper sounds 60/40 in terms of music to effect volume. 4) speed. The style you’re going for is tried and true but take people who are REALLY good at it (Dougdoug Alpharad, johnstone Jocat) the pace is high as is the energy making these drive by jokes hit harder due to how rapid they are. 5) re-read your script. Give pauses where you can easily edit cut and paste different takes for the best experience. Take your first run “At number 1 [Meant to say number 5 here] “ then re-record it also the pauses make the take awkward like your stumbling over your words. Take a breath before you record. Own that shit and be confident. If you make a mistake edit it out Oh.. also fact check your information. The starters at the beginning of the game are confirmed shiny locked and have been since pre game release

As someone who has a living shiny dex in V/S. First, the starters are shiny locked upon starting a game. Only way to get one is breeding, so if you watch this video, don't even bother resetting for it, it's impossible to start the game with a shiny starter. I recommend using the Masuda method for that boosted rate. Another note, for Zorua, he's easier than Ditto. Just use a sandwich power level 3 DARK type sandwich outside Medali. With shiny power and encounter power level 3 during the DAY TIME you'll see nothing but Zorua, just auto battle everything till you find one. For Ditto, do the same thing with a normal type sandwich and auto battle strip of land by the light house North of Porto Marinada. You'll also see Meowth and Tandemaus but a fair number of Ditto will spawn, only because Ditto isn't an isolated shiny hunt is he harder than Zorua. And personal top 5 hardest shiny hunts in the BASE game are the following, in no particular order except for number 1 to me... Ditto, Tynamo, Wingull, Gothita, and number 1 - Sunkern. Good luck all

@@UnLuckai Tynamo is hard cause it's so stinking small. Even looking straight at it, it's still almost impossible to tell if it's shiny. Waves and lighting make it harder. I can give tips and location for basically every Pokemon in the game to shiny hunt as I do have a full living shiny dex in that game (currently still working on national living dex) Ditto is tough only cause no outbreaks, it's disguised as other mons, and not isolated hunt. Though you can tell a Ditto apart from a non Ditto. They move differently, are a bit larger in size, and don't approach the player like Meowth or Tandemaus. Wingull is a matter of seeing the color change on the wings and that green/blue seems to just mess with my eyes making it tough. Gothita you almost have to have an outbreak, the biggest change you can see are the eyes, and even with outbreak, you still don't get many due to the limited spawn areas. And then Sunkern. They only spawn 1 at a time in a few select areas of the map and only on the flower beds. They can't outbreak and the shiny color change is extremely subtle, Sunflora on the other hand is easy. And if you still shiny hunting, hopefully my tips help you out.

for overall species this is a decent list, but if we are talking about gender and forms, zorua is so easy to get, one of the easier shinys ive found because you just kill anything that moves until one your mon just dont attack, shiny female combee is still killing me inside to this day, ive gotten so many males :/
Honestly if Zorua is easy for you then that’s impressive af cause I’m struggling to chain catch these things. As for your combee situation, it would probably make me tweak out if I kept getting males lol
@@UnLuckai Hmmm chain KO/catch was a mechanic in Sw/Sh, that's not in V/S. It was also in the Let's Go games. What @codename_blaze is doing is using the auto battle mechanic to just KO mons. In V/S your Pokemon will refuse to KO a shiny Pokemon, so when hunting Ditto/Zorua you just want to use this feature on everything till your Pokemon refuses to attack one, cause that means that one is a shiny.
Frigibax being on this list doesnt make sense. Not only you can isolate him with a sandwich but his outbreak is also not hard to get. As for slowpoke,this would have been a good pick but after people finded the method 16 he is really easy to find. There are worse mon to hunt. Tynamo is worse than slowpoke. He spawn mainly only in water where not only he is tiny but you can barelly see the shiny because of how tiny he is and because of the water. Plus its a water hunt so worse game performance. In the dlc he is easier but considering this is just a base game hunt its really hard. Flabebe is pretty hard. There is only a good area and you cant use the method 16 in it. The best way is too get a thunderstorm but there is no reliable way to get one so the hunt is very hard. Sunkern is the hardest hunt in the game. The best method to hunt it is to literally constantly only checking one singular individual. Its better to use eggs for it. Spiritomb also cant straight up be hunted so eggs are needed too.
