Unless you like spending money on dlc content which should have been in the game, it's best to let the game take its time. Once the game is out, we will forget how long we had to wait.

In terms of the next trailer- TCG Pocket is out in a couple days, then once mario and Luigi brother ship is out Nintendo has no other big hype releases for 2024. If we’re getting one it’ll be in November and they’ll announce the trailer 2-3 days before on socials. Also Nintendo have to announce the switch 2 which will need lots of hype and marketing behind it so they won’t be in the same time. It’s possible we get one in November if not I’d expect silence until Pokémon day. As for the performance issues the game also isn’t finished yet. The leaker said some side and technical stuff wasn’t done yet. Testing, troubleshooting and polishing comes at the end. Most games on switch have performance issues but ScVi were in a special league.

The performance issue, well, issue... Dude, the hacker didn't get a finished copy of the game in the first place. So, it is not surprising that there would be performance issues in an Alpha or Beta stage given Pokemon's history of performance issue when trying to rush a game to finish. And we all know that performance issue was likely the reason for the delay, so of course the hacked version would be buggy.

As a Colorblind person I will say Violet made it WAY harder to shiny hunt since some of the shiny (for me at least) look similar to me. Like I can barely notice the difference between a shiny Dratini (light pink) and normal Dratini (light blue)....so the sound queue was GREAT in my opinion.
I don’t understand why no one has ever mentioned going undrground could be a thing for this game? Why? Cause I think I dont really follow the Anime,but it makes sense that Zygarde lives u derground or caves,so I think the circles could be an area designed to go underground and then make a whole new big map similar to bdsp. But one that can’t attach to each other so you unlock each area by going to different circles and each one is a different map. I mean this makes total sense to me,I dont think we will have an area of a circle with just wild pokemon on the area. Doesn’t make sense to me. We know that there are going to be pokemon on the city as wild as we saw i the trailer. Those are my thoughts and i think it could be like that.
I'd rather them take another year to finish it, they always seem to rush games with the excuse of then having remakes, if ZA is a remake of XY but it's again being rushed, then ZA would need it's own remake all over again. I've survived all these years without a single Pokemon Switch game, I'm still waiting for something to match the quality of the DS games, I'm sure everyone can wait for a new mainline game for just another year in exchange for it being polished and properly finished, I don't want them to mess this up, XY were one of my fav games, I can only hope they bring it justice.

Look, legends was cool and I enjoyed it a lot... But my biggest digg on that game was, it was just a throw balls and collect mons kinda game... Barely any battles, no gyms, and absolutely no challenge whatsoever. Had a lot of fun at first with legends but got pretty bored... I'm just hoping it's not going to basically be a clone of legends...
i am quite sad that it doesnt take the graphics from X and Y its by far my favorite graphics, with the 3D, the camera the character looking smaller and more goofy but not like the older generation

The fact that the engine used in Pokémon LA is more stable than the SV really worries me. The cities in SV were barren and buggy and the open fields held what little repreave from the lag but man the whole game is a city?? I dunno guys.
I want different starters, just like in Legends Arceus, but the pokemon are French themed since Kalos is based off of France. So, the starter line up would be like Snivy as the Grass Type starter, Piplup, is the water type starter, and either Torchic or Scorbunny. (I couldn't figure out any fire type starters that were French themed)

The graphics have been terrible for well over 16 years now. I'd much rather an updated isometric or sprite look, like the concept art, than any of this PS2 looking shite we've had so far... Just look at 90% of the successful indie titles, where they lack in graphical fidelity they make up for in art style. Pokémon's videogame 'art style' gives my eyes cancer!

You can try to perdict an opponent and change your type to counter, or go all in and double up on your STAB. Z moves were interesting but lacking. Gigantamaxing and Dynamaxing were basically just Megas that had a time limit. Be honest

Oh, and the dlc was actually good unlike swsh. They actually had a story. Massive jump in improvement from swsh.

This takes place closer to modern times than Legends Arceus. PLA was about research quests because not much was known about the actual habits of pokemon yet. This one is probably not gonna be the same in that aspect, but it will have the open roaming, the overworld pokemon, and the ability to throw pokeballs outside of battle
Starters are confirmed Serperior: Grass/Steel and has a Sabre for tail. Empoleon : Water/Fighting No longer has Trident but a hat like Napoleon. Blaziken: Fire/Flying Has Body Similar to Gallic Rooster. I love this one the most Gen 6 Starters are not in the game.
I really can't stand how pokemon fans are impossible to please with their graphics and "performance issues" crap. Yea SCVI lagged sometimes when I had friends in my game but other than that people would go looking for problems and then have a hysteric hissy fit about it. It's just so embarrassing

I miss Scarlet & Violets shiny mechanics _so_ much. The game was immersive and the lack of a huge jingle felt you actually had to Work for your rare catch and were _hunting_ something. And it felt soo much better when you actually just came across one, and even more so when you had to ''Sandwich'' your way to one. I love that feature , and I feel many gamers of today simply don't appreciate it for what it is, they give credit for random stuff.

That’s a good point. We definitely need more things to do around the map and more interactions

The fact that the engine used in Pokémon LA is more stable than the SV really worries me. The cities in SV were barren and buggy and the open fields held what little repreave from the lag but man the whole game is a city?? I dunno guys.

I want different starters, just like in Legends Arceus, but the pokemon are French themed since Kalos is based off of France. So, the starter line up would be like Snivy as the Grass Type starter, Piplup, is the water type starter, and either Torchic or Scorbunny. (I couldn't figure out any fire type starters that were French themed)
torchic would fit the french theme as the rooster is their national animal

First starters : totodyle,snivy,litten with new last forms
Second starters : kanto starters with all having mega x and y with Charizard having a new z mega for Charizard meat riding
Third starters : Hoen starters having new evo lines with new megas
Bonus starters : Pikachu and Eevee having amazing stats
You can catch other starters in the wild which all have a mega

Frankly i could care less about graphics these days. Clean up what they got and it will do fine from this point on, focus on the gameplay.

The graphics have been terrible for well over 16 years now. I'd much rather an updated isometric or sprite look, like the concept art, than any of this PS2 looking shite we've had so far...
Just look at 90% of the successful indie titles, where they lack in graphical fidelity they make up for in art style. Pokémon's videogame 'art style' gives my eyes cancer!

terastilizing/giganta/dynamax are all bad. Z moves are garbage.
@buttonmasher4114 terastalizing only LOOKS bad. Mechanically, it's fantastic. There are many options. You can try to perdict an opponent and change your type to counter, or go all in and double up on your STAB. Z moves were interesting but lacking. Gigantamaxing and Dynamaxing were basically just Megas that had a time limit. Be honest

Ask almsot everyone in the community and they'd tell you they loved the general gameplay of it. The story was nearly on par with gen 5 and the characters+dialogue are the best we've ever seen in pokemon. The only issues with it is performance + graphics.
Oh, and the dlc was actually good unlike swsh. They actually had a story. Massive jump in improvement from swsh.

This takes place closer to modern times than Legends Arceus. PLA was about research quests because not much was known about the actual habits of pokemon yet. This one is probably not gonna be the same in that aspect, but it will have the open roaming, the overworld pokemon, and the ability to throw pokeballs outside of battle
I wasn't a fan either tbh. Dont like it being that far back in time. Preferred sw/sh and s/v

No longer has Trident but a hat like Napoleon.

I miss Scarlet & Violets shiny mechanics _so_ much. The game was immersive and the lack of a huge jingle felt you actually had to Work for your rare catch and were _hunting_ something. And it felt soo much better when you actually just came across one, and even more so when you had to ''Sandwich'' your way to one.
I love that feature , and I feel many gamers of today simply don't appreciate it for what it is, they give credit for random stuff.
