Hi ,I was in process of writing an email ,then black screen appeared. Would not respond at all. To my surprise I was able to power up and continue with email but could not complete as in less than 30secs black screen again. Have tried all recommended steps including unattaching battery. No fan noise no lit apple logo, charging cable illuminates correctly. Really desperate for any further help or advice please.
@@DJCezar-y6s Hi, no I haven't unfortunately. It is so weird, it started as I couldn't get it to boot then by chance I blew into where charging socket is and it began to boot. Allows me to sign in then within a minute shuts down. Have already done fan clean, 2 advised resets and uncoupled and recoupled battery but still the same. So odd why it will only come to life when blowing into charging port and pressing on button. Also tried holding shift while starting but it didn't enable safe mode, just booted as normal. Driving me mental as just shuts down before having chance to do anything???? Also when it has shut itself down I can sometimes still hear fan running. At my wits end. Thanks for your interest.

Holding control option shift and power for ten seconds works , the Apple logo shows up with a loading bar, but then goes black again. What does this mean?

Good day unfortunately none of these fixes are working and my Touch Bar is dead. The keyboard is working and I hear the start up chime etc but no activity. Screen is still black

Hi, I'm sorry to hear! Try performing the same steps and after turning it on keep it running for 20 minutes and then turn it back off to reconnect the battery again
I tried everything and my MacBook is still on the black screen , I didn’t screw it because I’m scared , shall I take it to the service or wait on it , because it happened just 15 minutes ago
@@shinelayaung3606 I brought mine (a 2018 MacBook Air) to a place called uBeeakiFix & it’s $400 total (parts & labor) to get it fixed (LCD screen) which is better than $2500 for a brand new MacBook Pro Max!!!!
@Chaq Hi, mine actually shows Apple logo at first but then it goes black. Then while waiting it heat up. Why is that? Maybe you can give an advice why and how to fix it. Thank you for your video.
Hello i have a 2019 16' macbook pro and i have to slide the connector down and to put it back on do i just stick it back like you did in vid even tho its a pull connector ?

You disconnected the battery first ? As this combination didn't work for me while the battery is connected but I'll try to disconnect the battery then do this button combination again and hopefully my Mac works again 😢

When I went to the last step - got screwdriver and opened the back. But couldn’t find the part you showed. The back looked different- can send photo-
