    I am Kanwaljit Singh Sawhney from India.I am following your videos and working out from home with dumbles due to COVID.
    But i am not able to find proper routines for Chest,Back and legs with dumbles only in Bollywood Body.

    hello sunny bhai, i have been following your videos for quite sometime now. i dont go to the gym, I exercise at home. I have 2 dumb-bells each weighing 5 kgs and one ez curl bar weighing 10 kgs.
    I've been exercising since 14 days now, and except for the muscles being tightened, i dont feel that they've grown in size.
    Where am i going wrong? please advice.

      They take time.. Focus on slow and quality reps . enjoy the burn and take 1gm of protien per lb of ur weight

      At present i do biceps daily with tripcep/shoulder, every alternative day.

    I got 2 dumbells wieght 15pound each..but thier are old school pehelwan type dumbells which is used by my granfather so basicly it wieght like 18pounds😂😂😂😂😂..I do all these excercises but never done Hritik curl..i do 15Reps 3 sets each curls..So is that ok??
