I get if they are replacements but they are completely different type of screw they are more ridged and seems like it will carve out the screw holes? If we are able do you recommend using the ones it originally had or swappung them with the ones you guys include in rhe kit ?
Can you please do one that makes the dualsense edge trigger stoppers have a click when you set it to like the highest trigger stopper so it feels nicer that way

Is the PS5 Edge going to get a V2? I bought a clicky face button kit in May and the triangle button is already falling and becoming soft and hard to press. It’s much less responsive than the other buttons.

Damn the product is amazing, love stuff like this, but sadly even with this well made video (great job btw) this is too complicated for me, I'd have to pay someone to do it for me or I'd mess it up 😂
Yeah it won't change anything, will actually make it more responsive imo. The mod itself is just simple circuits that only transport on and off signals, no different than the stock circuit that comes with the controller. The amazing responsiveness of the edge is almost entirely handled by the controllers motherboard and implementation of the latest USB C protocol
When will you do switch pro controller? Been waiting for years and will you do clicky joy con buttons ? that one would be super dope imagine all the sales for each joy con

Ohh yes. For fighting games or a game like mlb the show where your press of X is super important its gonna make a ton of a difference. Thats why you see every other commenter asking for clicky triggers; theyre COD or other shooter players who use the triggers to shoot.

DO NOT plug your battery the way he does in the video. I gave it a little wiggle and it pulled the wires right out without pulling the assembly. Completely destroyed my battery just by following instructions. Be careful!

You r right, but not all people think like you ^^ I mean, it look like pretty simple if you look at the installation guide but losing a screw, brake a little plastic can be fast. So yeah 18€ buttons for a 300€ controller that you can brake, ofc it’s for people knowing the sheet.

I did this mod to my ps4 controller and works great big difference, I’m sure it’ll be better on the edge controller. The mod is worth it imo.

I'd only get this if I knew that that I am not compromising the responsiveness of the native edge controller, which is like .5-1 ms response time.

It's easier to remove back side of the contact film first and then the front. Comes out way easier

ive modded my first three controllers 2 years ago and im still using them. they work fine if you know what youre doing.

Actually, these are VERY easy to take apart as you can see in the video. It also doesn’t require any soldering so it’s a super easy mod.
