Although there have been recurring differences in emphasis within the Court as to the source of the constitutional right of interstate travel, there is no need here to canvass those differences further. All have agreed that the right exists. Its explicit recognition as one of the federal rights protected by what is now U.S.C. s 241 goes back at least as far as 1904. United States v. Moore, C.C., 129 F. 630, 633. We reaffirm it now. " U.S. v. Guest, 383 U.S. 745 (1966)

This is to show you that the attorneys are part of the courts. Do not hire lawyers as they are all in the same cult. You have the constitution right to travel without molestation meaning stop, pulled over unless committing a crime or suspected of a crime. You have to ask them to prove jurisdiction that the rules and codes apply to you. They are forcing you to contract with them. Bully tactics. You can not get arrested without a court order warrant from a judeg. And of course the lawyers will knock this but its true if you actually really know your right you don't need attorneys or hire them as counsel and represent yourself which they won't go for because they won't make the kind of money the want.
