11 days ago I watched your pineapple detox juice video. I was looking for something to help with bloating. I did the drink for 8days and the meal plan below. I lost 7lbs.😊 Below is my meal plan/what I ate in 8days. Yes my bloating has subsided. I had my 1st pineapple drink just before starting work. My Breakfast: same each day 2 tbl spoons of plain Greek yogurt 2 tbl spoon of quaker granola and 5 strawberries 🍓 cut in halves Lunch: My basic cabbage soup with a brown bread. ( the cheese cake factory 8pk brown rolls at Walmart) 5 days I had the cabbage soup 3 days I had a basic turkey wrap sandwich ( the Ole Xtreme spinach wrap (they are high fiber and only 50 delicious calories) with about 2.5oz of turkey hand ful of mixed greens and some Italian dressing (about a tsp) Snack: a whole medium cucumber and carrots (same snack each day) Dinner: mixed greens (from Costco) added half of a large tomato, some red and yellow bell peppers and 3 tablespoons of fat-free Italian dressing. I drank the 2nd pineapple drink about 30-45min after my dinner My only exercise during this period was the asian belly fat exercise all over TH-cam. I call it the belly standing crunches workout. I cannot do any floor exercises at the moment. This week I will walk 45mins, 4 days in addition to my Asian belly crunches. I am not too big on meat so this worked for me. Also I am intentionally drinking a lot of water. About 100 oz or more. I have a 24oz cup and fill up at least 3x during my work day. Update: By end of week 3, I was down 16 lbs with 4 days walking, the Asian belly crunch and the meal plan above. Then life began lifing as said today. An elder family member (75th bday), after that a cousin, hubby and baby visited and stayed with us 4 days. I didn't walk but did my Asian crunches. I've gained half back(9lbs to be exact) 😔 I am getting back in the swing.
This is great but my only suggestion is anyone cooking there veggies or actually in general don't use oils!..I would use a lil water or broth cuz 1 tablespoon is around 110 calories so obviously to lose weight u need to be on a caloric deficit. That helped me soo much with my 70lbs weightless☺️
The healthy fats from the oil actually benefit digestion. It’s better for your diet than going without. Just use 1 tablespoon, and that will average out to just 20 -30 cal per prepped meal from the oil.

I am probably a little late getting in here, but my husband and I recently closed a deal on a small patch of acreage and we started producing our own food via chickens, goats milk and growing our own. I love that this particular one is spot on with what I am supposed to be getting planted right now ( Auguest-Septemeber for fall veggies). I am blessed with 4 kids but the struggle is real getting rid of what they didn't take with them when they all grew up and moved on with their lives. Most videos I have seen has that person who has been body building since high school and has menus that just are not realistic for my household budget. I appreciate that yours is basic common sense and items within my means.

Some of the vegetables have a high protein level...especially the broccoli. She also used chickpeas in some of her salads, which are high in protein, as well as sometimes mixed nuts. (I recalled her mentioning the nuts and chickpeas in other videos, and personally know about the broccoli and others). Hope it helps.
I love your video! It’s so well done. A few concerns, however. Your description stated that you lost 30 lbs in 3 weeks. That can’t be right. Did you mean to say that you lost 30 lbs in 3 months? Also, where’s the protein in your diet? Eggs, beans, meat, fish, etc? Protein is satisfying and nutritionally important. Anyway, aside from my concerns, great job! I’ll be roasting my veggies and meal prepping very soon.
You can def lose 30 lbs in 3 weeks. I’ve done it before. Dont think someone is lying because it hasnt happened to you. I lost a pound a day being in the hospital and eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its what, how you and when you eat that matters.
These meals and salads look absolutely delicious and very inspiring. The only thing I might add would be a protein like chicken or fish (or tofu or beans if vegan).

I believe these are good tips. I do think it might be too much rice rice every day. I think you should mix it up a bit and do Quiona one day Farro or Bulga wheat. I'd rather the lemon juice on veggies than salt. Salt adds calories.

It’s not extreme. When you eating raw, and drinking alot of water, it happens.
