    데드 하면 햄스트링에 더 자극이 오던데 내가 골반을 덜 뺀 걸까 원래 그런걸까… 그래서 제가 궁금 한건 이건 원래 데드 보다 할 때 엉덩이 자극이 많이 오나요..!
