Thank you ShifuYanLei, your Qigong workout and stretching helps me greatly to recover from my overtraining in weightlifting!
But may I ask where can I buy a bamboo brush like the one you are using in the video?
    Thanks a lot!

Hello ShifuYanLei I have a question. Do you know what would be the difference in practicing the qigong the "shaolin" way in comparison with the "tai chi"? It seems to me that the shaolin one has influence from yoga. But do you know if both qigong methods have the same applicability or are they for different objectives? Best!

Well taoist qigong is pretty much the same as shaolin qigong. Tai chi is different from both. Shaolin has more iron body type conditioning.

    *Question* :
Can I do qigong exercises myself if I have too much energy unbalanced in me?
Please understand, I don't feel stressed or angry, I just have too much energy that even makes my hands shake. Someone told me I am highly sensitive person and that I should do taiji to release energy but I am afraid to start it (taiji / qigong) on my own because I already have a lot of health problems caused by unbalanced energy and they could get worse if I do taiji / qigong wrong. So... Am I right, I should not do without a personal tutor or I can do taiji / qigong exercises I see on the internet like the ones you show?
Thank you very much in advance!

I say try it. Make sure while you are doing this you are only focusing on the movement or your breath. Maybe a good idea would be to do a good hard qigong workout that way you will spend a lot of energy during and after because your body will be trying to rebuild the muscle tissue. Afterwards try the soft stuff like this. Qigong is all about balancing your energy and life, so it should help you. If not maybe contact a legitimate qigong master and tell them your situation. Good luck to you.
