I used to do that back in the 60's before all the condo's showed up.
It's difficult getting up while still dark but getting out early is excellent advice.

I spent the better part of my childhood. and teens fishing and crabbing Gulfshores. Back then we didn't have. Saltwater fishing licenses. That was Back in the 1960

Yooo I went to a gas well off the coast here in Texas. When I pulled up I was like I'm like Bama Saltwater at a rig. Only thing caught was a hard head but I had fun venturing out a bit.
