Thanks for the upload, dear Rachel. It was sooo enjoyable to watch. I love all your finds and I can't wait to see you work your magic and make them even more adorable!❤
Love the shopping trip. I was laughing though, we pick out similar things. I just bought the bucket too. I've decided to paint mine (I have a daughter who knits and it's perfect Christmas present). I want the green sparkle glass and the other green vase. I collect bunnies and birds - gotta come shopping!!!!
Haha - I would love to see pictures of it when you're done painting it! :) And I love bunnies, birds - basically anything "nature related". :) Thank you so much!
I have.a smaller oil lamp....just sayin'... It's steel and it is teeny tiny. There are lots of ways to use then in decor. Too bad you left the other one behind. Love lots of the items in your haul. Thanks for sharing.
I have a thought on the little shelf. Maybe not add so much color since items added to it have color. Sometimes I like some wood behind my items. Just a thought. You can work your magic on anything though.
I get what you are saying, I really do. And although I bought it specifically to paint it, I appreciate you sharing your thoughts! :) Thank you so much!!
Spray paint. Whoa that is a tough one. LOL I soo get the mind not wanting to find all the pieces of a word. 🤔 🤣The legged bucket is cute. If it doesn't sell with a Christmas tree in it, in the spring put a potted plant in it. I see that baby with something flowery in it. Darkening it a touch would be perfect! The little chest your husband found would be a cute Christmas card holder. Good little haul. Love all the silver pieces. How is the house hunting going? Have a wonderful week and will see you on Saturday!
I swear it's the easiest words that sometimes just disappear, lolol. I love that little bucket - it would definitely make a cute plant stand. House hunting is exhausting. We actually have an offer going in today on a possibility. Fingers crossed.
I bought a firkin bucket like yours years ago at a thrift store. It was olive green with a decal on it and had the lid. I didn’t know what to do with it so I spray painted it red. It’s still red and in my kitchen. This was before transfers and milk paint.
Well there is always the possibility of mine getting painted at some point, too, lol. For now I will leave it "natural" and see if I have any takers. :) Thank you!!

The tiny lamp that had a broken glass, perhaps you could have put a tiny brush tree in it and make it a pair.
That would be an idea! :)
Rachel: a good shopping trip. I can see your magic happening to these pieces for the holidays. Carol from California
Thanks Carol!! I am excited to get started on a few of the things!! :)
Hello! I love the tall stand! I would decoupage the too and paint the legs! I did one in grey and did a charcoal grey in the top!
Sounds lovely! :) Thank you!!
