Definitely the king at the moment for gaming, only gripe for me is that the color range isn't very good. I wish we could have standardized monitors that fit every bill: refresh rate, high quality color range, resolution. I do a bunch of different things with my setup. I play games that benefit from high refresh rates, I watch high fidelity media, and I occasionally do productivity that requires color accuracy. It has been a nightmare trying to find a monitor that checks all of these boxes for me :( In general I think it is a genuine crime that monitors aren't properly color standardized and auto-calibrating. We should all be seeing the same thing as it truly is. Imagine if looking at rocks and grass was different for every single person.
@@JustSomeDinosaurPerson yeah I actually saw some ProArt monitors that are 1440p 120hz. They lack the extra resolution but have amazing color accuracy and actual USB-C power delivery (I ended up with this because I could realistically calibrate this monitor later on and get fairly good results, at least according to Rtings). But at a price range of ~350, I can't complain
@@sayit1196you wouldn't believe how much I wanted one. The used ones were just out of my budget though (plus I want to make sure it doesn't come with burn-in since I already deal with that on my phone)
@@3XAY always I case to case thing, recently seen 1440p 360hz oleds sell for 700 euros here, so in a year or so there should be some good deals even for new models
@@sayit1196 yeah but as I mentioned in the video, I don't really care much about refresh rate lol. And my budget was 300-350 so that wouldn't have worked. But I did buy this monitor knowing I would upgrade to OLED within a few years when the tech gets even better and cheaper.
Got the Acer Nitro XV-275U, gets a helluva lot brighter, awesome contrast, awesome HDR
@@aravindmj920 that was actually on my list, but it didn't have 4k and this did so I went with this
@@aravindmj920 but are you enjoying your monitor?

@@hai30 omg yes. It's actually so nice. What monitor do you have?
Ngl, in terms of price, i think the KOORUI monitor is better, but good vid tho.
@@thefondation2938 which one tho, they don't have a 4k 144hz monitor, let alone one with these features
first
The speed is actually crazy 💀
Rather buy a king 1440p monitor for half the price than this
Ig, but after trying a QD-IPS, 32 inch, 240hz 1440p panel, I feel like this is better (for my purposes)
