How to avoid nerves and land your Dream Job?

Sir I want to be a freelancer. Post office works. I have 6 yrs experience in Club services and not in IT. I have learnt HTML, CSS, Wordpress, PowerBI, Adobe Illustrator etc. How can I do freelance jobs for 2nd income? Can I switch to IT jobs?
