Perfect timing ... I just received my XT5 rental to try out, opened TH-cam on my iPad and BOOM, here’s your video about your XT5 settings. Love the timing. Been digging your videos too;keep up the good work.
Wait, are you telling us that it might be useful to read the manual? LOL!! Also, if you're looking for someone who does a very deep settings dive check out Mike the Maven. He basically makes videos that go through the manual for each camera. Thanks for your thoughts!! Have a rockin' day!
Iam- thanks. This is very helpful. I was using my XT5 with the original 56mm f1.2 when shooting candid portraits of friends (a couple) and found after I could look at the images on a big screen that one or the other of the two people was soft, or not completely in focus (one may have been back slightly further from the other. I used 5.5 for the aperture thinking I was getting enough dof, but apparently not. I may have shot in spot when I should have used zone?. I also used back button focus when I’m still not real used to that. Can you suggest other setting or tips. I’m not sure that “eye” select would be helpful, because it would focus on one subject. I should also enlarge the view of an image post-shot to check focus. Your suggestions would be helpful! Geoff
I realized that setting non-zero clarity makes my xs10 storing image 3s XD btw does anyone know why C4 on xs10 is cropped and I can shoot only 13mp photos?

How impressive is it that 10months after releasing this video there's not a single dislike
I have no idea how that happened 🤣
Great, thank you
No worries!
Being new to fuji I followed it but after custom setting and choosing that setting; I cannot see C1 (for ex) at the LCD screen. Pls advise...
Great notes, man
Thanks for watching 🫰

I would you Single point autofocus. Eye tracking is a little messy especially with the older lenses.
Thanks great recipe, color space is sRGB? Any reason? Adobe 98 will give a much wider color gamut.
Not affected raw i guess only jpeg ,srgb is good for social media
Why not use EF+M+E instead of M+E for shutter type?
Did ya get rid of the lumix?
Same answer I gave you last time.

You are probbaly shooting in sport mode? Or that burst mode where it’s 20fps… it has an additional crop. It’s either or.
@@Iamtongue you’re right, there was sport finder turned on, thank you very much 😄💪
🤦🏿♂️😂lol Didn’t realize on my last shoot that long exposure was causing my xs10 to process forever great video as always!
Ohh haha I’m glad this video helped!
THE VERY first thing I do with any Fuji body is set NR to -4.
One of the first!
Fuji X Tech Support 😂
Always haha
Sorry, way too complicated for me. I just shoot everything in black-and-white (acros G) and edit for the simulation that I want in post! 🖖
Nice 👍
