Love my Obsidian9, use the fixed mount on my CMMG Banshee 9mm, most fun gun after full auto, everyone who has shot it ALWAYS smiles after shooting it, oh and it is really quiet with subsonic ammo 😁
@@Ruggedsuppressors Quick question: do I need to remove the o-ring on the barrel threads on my USP before mounting? Noticed the o-ring had came off and fell into the piston. Thanks.
I am getting conflicting answers, I am trying to use my Alaskan 360 TI on my HK SP5 with the tri lug the website shows a diagram installing the tri lug threaded directly in the suppressor, but when I called Rugged I was told that I would need the Universal cage (CAGE002). I have been watching a lot of your videos and have not seen this mentioned. My question is do I need the universal cage in order to use a tri lug mount with my Alaskan? and will the universal cage work with it?
To mount the Alaskan to a handgun you will need to install the universal cage and then the booster into the cage Universal Cage + 3 Lug mount 9mm + 3 Lug Adapter 9mm This is a quick detach option designed for installing and removing the suppressor quickly without having to thread it down every time for pistol calibers up to 9mm.
We are working to get them through production ASAP. The massive increase in demand has slowed it down a bit, but we are working on getting everything back in stock ASAP.
How are we supposed to mount an obsidian 45 to a .45 acp kriss vecto M16x1 LH? . It says on y’all’s website that it is not recommended to use a fixed barrel spacer , but there are no three log mount’s in stock anywhere and haven’t been for a while. Thanks for the reponse
The threads are slightly different than usually which is why we don't recommend using a Fixed Barrel Spacer. R&D is slated to try and find a solution in order to come out with a muzzle device/mount that will work for it.
Is it bad that I’ve been shooting 300blk with the spring and not the spacer? I didn’t know you’re supposed to that because it’s not in the owners manual, in fact, nothing you talked about in this video is

Glad to hear!
I wish Rugged would get with their suppliers and recoup the inventory of accessories.

Is the obsidian 9 compatible with hub system 1.375x24 attachments?

When are you going to have the direct amount back in stock for the MPX, 13 1/2 by one left-hand???
Fine to shoot 350 legend with spacer?
Which system is best for attaching to a CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1
I have the same question!
Any PCC should run a 3 lug. Although you can direct thread, 3 lug is recommended.
@@officeroinker440 Awesome! Thank you!!
Agreed, 3 lug will be perfect
I've noticed that the Obsisian 9 is rated for 350 Legend as well. I'm guessing that would have to be subsonic like the 300 BO.
??? Thanks!
You can do 350 Legend supersonic
Does Obsidian make a direct thread cap for a 1/2X 36 thread size?
Yes we do, ruggedsuppressors.com/product/fixed-mount/
I can't find an 11/16x24 direct thread mount in stock anywhere. Will they be coming back soon?
Yes, they will. We are working to get everything back in stock ASAP.
Can I shoot 300blk super through my obsidian 9? If so what min barrel length and what adpter do I need?
No, the Obsidian9 is rater for 300BLK subsonic only
@@Ruggedsuppressors ok, thank you
Im waiting on the 45acp tri lug for obsidion to get back in stock. ???

Figure anything out on this? I’m currently doing the same and can’t find info on it.
It sounds like there's a helicopter hovering outside your office O.O
I wish haha, it's the A/C unit. I've gotten so used to the sound I didn't notice, I'll work that out in the next one. Thanks for noticing!
Honestly, I have all of these parts and you’re talking way too fast and I have no idea what you’re talking about.
