FIX No Indicator Sound/Ticking/Noise - Holden Captiva 2011 Diesel - Turn Signal, Parking Sensors

FIX for Holden Captiva 2011 Diesel with No Indicator/Blinkers/Parking Sensor/Seatbelt/Turn Signals/Flasher sound or noise.
Troubleshooting: if you hear any sounds from the above mentioned, this likely won’t solve the errors you’re having. I believe all are linked to the INSTRUMENT CONTROL PANEL. Not the Body Control Module.
Found this after plenty of trial and error. It ended up being an ICP fuse. Not a relay. BCM fuses were changed as well.
I couldn’t find a video for this anywhere! Great that I have finally figured it out, and couldn’t not share this in the hopes it helps ONE person save their money at the mechanic.
