OK. Watched this sort of by accident. If you had to go to all of that work, I would have replaced all speakers with "JL Audio Speakers" They have yellow speakers made specifically for all makes and models of cars. They are moderately inexpensive and the sound is phenomenal. They are specifically made to run off the car radio...Bob in Houston
I changed the OEM speakers in my 2015 Chevy Spark. I'm upgrading the whole system. Now the key reminder, blinkers n such are WAY too loud. There is no option in the OEM single din radio to adjust any of the sounds. As soon as my new radio and dash kit comes in I suspect I will have no sounds at all for the key and turn signals. Oh well. They should have put a better audio system in the car to start with. But I guess there's a reason why the brand new Spark is about $12k.

I’ve replaced my speaker THREE TIMES. I have this same car with same issue. The “welcome/goodbye” and turn signal “chime” will not work! It is intermittent and it’s driving me crazy! Any techs out there seeing this, please help!
all you people WANT to hear that?! Im looking for how to disable it without losing speakers. lmao, guess i just have an excuse to upgrade my sound system :) Definitely gonna leave out whatever make these sounds though.
