I have done all the work on a 2000 S500 - but this applies to all other W220 cars such as S430 and S320. I have recorded the footage but editing is taking time. So, as I finish editing each part, I will be publishing them. At the end, I will probably have one last video that includes all the parts.

Thanks for great video. If you also replace complete air conditioner (filled with oil), do you still have to add oil?

Great video great video ill probly end up doing this replacment in the future but for now do you know if the pressure swtich has a check valve on it or is it open? My pressure switch is bad and need to replace it but not sure if its going to evacuate the refridgerant

Hi Angel and thank you. I have not replaced the pressure sensor on these cars. I would think it is fitted with a Schrader valve as in with some other cars. But, apparently not. According to the service manual, it says you have to evacuate the system, replace the pressure sensor and its o-ring, the receiver/drier and its o-rings, and then refill with refrigerant. The torque spec for the sensor is 10NM. I hope this helps.

@@masood-tv ok awsome thank you very much it does help ill probly get ot it when i get a change. Ill have to get some ac vavles and a vacume pump first. Or i might just be able to take to a shop to do the evacuation and recharge
