    2) touch your food
    3) eat with gratitude
    4) don’t develop “good” food habits (never stress, simply eat consciously)

NOT always true! Repressed emotions makes people sick, very sick and it has nothing to do with diet. As a matter of fact, when down with major lack of nutrients, food is not enough. Natural medicine, supplements of specific nutrients are a must! Stress due to repressed emotions make people sicker than bad diet!

I have lived in India and in the US...
I love both... modern India has a lot of obesity....
In the US one can find almost any food/product of this world, from any possible cultural background... it takes a little bit more self control and 'choice ability' , in face of novelty and temptation...
But experiences should be an interesting exchange and not another reason for discord!
Again, it is personal responsability not a country's fault...

I always cook for my family with love and it begins with picking ingredients it’s crazy for some but I speak to them (ingredients) with love and I’m always expressing how grateful I am for blessing of having quality food on our table. Digressing here but I wonder if the food itself can be the medium for vibrations… like crystals are, e.g. i doubt it. But nonetheless, putting vibrations out into the world is absolutely received by living beings… like your family, other (living) plants in the room.
Masimoto (sp?) proved that water molecules receive vibrations and the molecules restructure cymatically… so everything is made of water right…?

It’s been over 7 months from your comment about the improvement you had made. Have you successfully got rid of diabetes? If so, how many months it took for you to get rid of with one meal a day ?
What did you eat during those period? It would be much appreciate if you could share your experience.

1000rs per plate. 2 plate is 2000rs. It is simply a matter of drop of insulin between digestive period. It's as simple as that. We need not anyone teach you how to eat and when to eat. You need to eat healthy and eat when hungry. Just as any machine to be well oiled and running, you need to detach and rebuild your system towards health. The way works as how God designed it through abstinence, self control and gratitude

I am a raw foodist since over 15 years now. I eat in a 3 hour window, leaving me 21 hours with no food. I also sleep about 4 hours a night and am absolutely fit after that little sleep. Food is everything, it determines your life, your happiness, your energy, your mood, your everything. I do not eat out, only prepare everything myself at home. 60% of my food is from my organic garden. Not only does the food make me happy, but also growing it myself gives me so much pleasure. If only everyone was like Sadhguru and would realize that every illness on this planet is food related and that if people ate raw organic produce, they would not need a doctor or hospitals.

Whatever we are eating should make our body active and agile nd we can check this only by eating different kinds of foods..
These days most of people thinks good food=pizzas, burger or any kind of junk food. They are having less interest on home made food..this make people sick.
