@@subramaniambrothers748The point is, to self experiment on what foods make you feel good and healthy, instead of believing what some video told you. The fact is, many people drink milk and are okay AND many people don’t drink milk and they are okay too.

@@imprabhash8960 You are a typical simple-minded person. Every idiot knows what Isopropyl is. Isopropyl is a colorless, flammable organic compound with a pungent alcoholic odor.
Isopropyl alcohol, an organic polar molecule, is miscible in water, ethanol, and chloroform, demonstrating its ability to dissolve a wide range of substances including ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl butyral, oils, alkaloids, and natural resins. Notably, it is not miscible with salt solutions and can be separated by adding sodium chloride in a process known as salting out. It forms an azeotrope with water, resulting in a boiling point of 80.37 °C and is characterized by its slightly bitter taste. Isopropyl alcohol becomes viscous at lower temperatures, freezing at −89.5 °C, and has significant ultraviolet-visible absorbance at 205 nm. Chemically, it can be oxidized to acetone or undergo various reactions to form compounds like isopropoxides or aluminium isopropoxide. As an isopropyl group linked to a hydroxyl group (chemical formula (CH3)2CHOH) it is the simplest example of a secondary alcohol, where the alcohol carbon atom is attached to two other carbon atoms. It is a structural isomer of propan-1-ol and ethyl methyl ether. They all have the formula C3H8O.
It was first synthesized in 1853 by Alexander William Williamson and later produced for cordite preparation. It is produced through hydration of propene or hydrogenation of acetone, with modern processes achieving anhydrous alcohol through azeotropic distillation. Beyond its production, isopropyl alcohol serves in medical settings as a rubbing alcohol and hand sanitizer, and in industrial and household applications as a solvent. It is a common ingredient in products such as antiseptics, disinfectants and detergents. More than a million tonnes are produced worldwide annually. Despite its utility, isopropyl alcohol poses safety risks due to its flammability and potential for peroxide formation. Its ingestion or absorption leads to toxic effects including central nervous system depression and coma, primarily treated through supportive measures.

Pink Salt: is mined from the Khewra Salt Mine in Pakistan and is believed to be millions of years old. It is less processed so in addition to sodium chloride, pink salt contains trace amounts of minerals like potassium, magnesium, iron and calcium. These minerals contribute to its distinctive color and subtle taste.
Heart muscle cells require Potassium. Nowadays frequent heart attacks suffered by seemingly healthy young professionals may be attributed to potassium deficient diet which is rich in artificially purified common salt.

These foods are often high in unhealthy fats, sugars, and sodium while being low in essential nutrients. Regular consumption of processed foods like chips, pre-packaged meals, and certain fast foods can contribute to health issues such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.
Sugary Drinks: Beverages like soda, sweetened teas, and some fruit drinks are loaded with sugar and offer little to no nutritional value. They can lead to weight gain, insulin resistance, and tooth decay, among other health problems.
Trans Fats and Hydrogenated Oils: Often found in fried foods, baked goods, and processed snack foods, trans fats are associated with an increased risk of heart disease and stroke. They can raise bad cholesterol levels (LDL) and lower good cholesterol levels (HDL).

Besides even as you very likely intended referring to the "intellect" it isn't in the brain but in the conscious mind. The brain per se doesn't hold any knowledge same as a computer's CPU, the Operating System and the programs installed on it hold knowledge. caffeine has benefit not coffee, but caffeine has more negative effects than benefits. people regularly consuming caffeine saying it's good for brain health, heart health, then ending up with migraines say it's not worth it.
only once in awhile, these nerve stimulants (caffeine, chilli, onion, garlic, asafoetida) are good, regular consumption directly damages nervous system.
i am regular consumer of all these haha. slowly letting go. u don't know what nerve pain in eye, leg, random places random times, feel like.
there's no medicine without side effect for this. trying to consume nutrients for nerve health, letting go of nerve damaging foods, but not entirely curable for me.
i can't even wash dishes with dishwashing soap bar, only liquid, bar has more chemicals, which is nothing to most people, but for me? in few hours of using it, nerves in fingers hurt like hell.i thought i have high bp or something. but nothing. normal bp , sugar, etc. it's nerve damage from such foods.
u google benefits of caffeine they will give u list. instead search nerve damage, nerve stimulants, side effects of stimulants in long term, u will see the real face of caffeine.

True, whenever I ate foods that contained dairy, white breads, and even vegetable oil, I would experience major constipation for days. So I’ve learned to increasingly avoid these, but instead usually use healthier oils-to include olive 🫒 oil, coconut 🥥 oil, and avocado 🥑 oil (the latter makes a great replacement for cooking since it’s neutral in flavor).
I enjoy a really good sub sandwich 🥪 (not from Subway) once in a blue moon, but not unless I have a very strong craving.
Plus, sugar is definitely addictive-though I do enjoy occasional treat days-and it causes my face to break out, even though I’m an older woman. There are various alternatives to sugar as well.

TH-cam has a documentary about the oldest living Americans. All are over 100 years old and none of them are on a special diet or a bunch of meds. The man who's 106 years old smokes 6 cigars a day and eats Bluebell icecream every night before going to bed. One woman eats bacon everyday and has been doing so for decades. Betty White passed a few days before her 100th birthday and drunk vodka everyday. What these people have in common is a happy life filled with friends, family and love! Stress and toxic emotions are killing more people than any food or drink.

You are wrong. Sadhguru knows very well that for us cow's milk is an important food.
We worship cows mainly because next to mother's milk, we consider cow's milk as our important food item. Hence we call cow Gomata.... Mata means mother. Many farmers make a living by selling cow's milk.
We respect them because cow dung is very useful as manure and is also a very good fuel. Being rich in surfactants and because of its mosquito repellent properties, it's still used to cleanse the outer portion (compound) of the house in villages. There was a time when cattle was used to pull carts and to plough fields. As a mark of gratitude, we worship cows. Until two to three decades back, a farmer's wealth was measured by the number of cows, buffaloes, bulls and oxen in his barn. We also believe that you should not drink thick milk. Dilute it a bit, add a pinch of sugar or turmeric to warm milk to avoid cough

Sadguru only meant industry milk products, not pure milk from cow from local sellers. that is healthy.
It's when people start processing, factory making productions in bulk quantities with "pasteurization" and expiration date, that is when something is suspicious, they do things that suits their profit but not our health.
Just like when they say here replace tea with lemon ginger tea, it sounds confusing. But in another video sadguru directly himself speaks, he says he only considers CAFFEINATED tea, which is from tea leaves itself, as real tea, anything else we boil with water we call tea, but not real tea. Indians understand, for british it might be confusing as flowers, fruits, boiled with water and consumed is called tea by them.
So this way, it makes sense, he means tea, as in tea leaves caffeine product, is bad, drinking lemon ginger tea (boiled water with those) is good, no caffeine here in lemon or ginger.
Of course, if u buy in store, it say lemon ginger but sometimes also add tea leaves for caffeine energy feeling, so careful of tricks in their products.
*These people who talk in videos, instead of sadguru, try their best to convey message, but fail to explain clearly what sadguru meant to fullest, they only mention half things leave half out, so it doesn't make full sense.*
In our country we worship cows BECAUSE they give us dairy products. *Lord Krishna even as a child was known for tales of stealing butter in fondness, his mother punishing him, etc.*
*We literally worship the idols by presenting milk alond with other foods as offerings.*
      So yea,
Oh btw not "asian" worshipping cows, just us INDIANS, or specifically HINDUS,
*who traditionally, before the first word in your language even came into existence, we have been drinking milk and worshipping cows.*

And what about tons of freshly baked bread and slathered with heaps of freshly made butter. Now trying ayurvedic concoctions _ garlic, ginger, Ceylon Cinnamon from a blogger on youtube. With the Health System crumbling, better go back to traditional ayurvedic practices _ atleast the next gen should not get into all these outdated, bad habits _ coffee or tea first thing to give us our morning energy.

In addition to these four items there many others, not listed. It difficult for me to believe that what nature has given can be harmful to EVERYONE.
The crux of the issue is to see what is good for YOUR BODY. I am BP free and sugar free person - does this mean that NONE should eat BP... medicines ?
We must also realise what Dhanavantri (?) said - food is thy medicine and medicine is thy food - analyse what is good for you and then consume it in
    balanced quantity.
More than food we must meticulously watch for what goes in mind too i.e. avoid/eliminate toxic thoughts for which there is no medicine
except meditation i.e. generating positive thoughts for self, others and environment.
