    Thank u sir one of my knees are already feeling better while squatting after doing these exercises for 30 minutes. I will continue these daily. Much appreciated.

    When I do the last exercise the most discomfort I get is in my ankle (which is same side as my bad knee). It has less range and is a lot tighter compared to my other ankle. Any ideas?

    Regarding the second exercise, is another knee on the floor?

      It can be, it should help stabilise you as you allow gravity to do the work.

    Thank you so much I could hardly walk and my leg cracked straight away on the second exercise. My leg feels way better but is it unusual that it still hurts alittle bit.

    I had knee pain couple weeks ago when i went for a 3mile run it started raining super hard and the cold froze my nerves i couldn't run correctly i did a squat and slowly stood up and felt my knee bone pop after that i felt much better

      If it is persisting, you should consider seeing a professional, face to face, so you can be properly assessed and advised. 👌

      @@ChiroCarl it just still hurts when i go running i have no pain at all when i walk normal but once i start to run the pain starts again.... ive tried popping my knee but have no luck on doing that

      Sounds like you have a gait issue when you run, there are many factors which can cause problems with knees, so definitely get seen in person, preferably with somebody who can analyse your gait while walking and running.

    i can feel my knee needs a huge crack to the point of breaking my knee, can anyone tell me how can i crack my knee nothing works

      Eric, it sounds like you have tried everything! While in work, seeing clients, I do occasionally adjust the knee - often resulting in a large cavitation (pop/crack) which results in instant relief.
      If you have tried everything, consider seeing a professional who can adjust your knee in a way that you just can't do on your own 👌

      @@ChiroCarl nothing works, my knee doesnt want to crack because it got used to being cracked almost every way

      If that is the case then continuing to try to release the pressure may be the wrong thing to do. You should definitely speak to a physio and get it assessed.

      You can apply light pressure, but being unable to weight bear means you should get your knee assessed properly.

    every exercise hurts my knee so bad! I've tried every exercise/hack that I could find to fix it and ease my pain but it still hurts!

      If that is the case, then you definitely need to see a physiotherapist for a face to face assessment. 👌

      Go slowly, it wont always pop, but can still move nicely. Never force it. If in doubt, have somebody assess you face to face ♥️

      Then it likely is moving well and your problem is something else.

      Then you don't have a tibia that is struggling to rotate. 👍 if you have knee problems, it often isn't a simple fix, consider seeing a physiotherapist near you for tailored care.
