    Hi popped right on over.
    I said before I've had a couple strokes and I wear a neck brace because a lot of times I get gnarly spasms in my neck but it helps so much. 🎉

    Thank you so much for these techniques, I have a very short neck and it jutted due to long term computer work. Simply keping my head in the right posture helps the headaches It "tingles away"...Again Thanks for uploading and sharing

      Chasity - it is my honor to help those i physically see and those i cannot. It sounds like you are suffering and need some help to guide you out of the discomfort that has become your normality. I would definitely advise finding a Chiropractor near you to help you process everything you are going through.

      Jack, I really appreciate that! I have wanted a TH-cam channel for some time, to better help the people I serve every day and also begin to help those that I am not fortunate enough to see, from all walks of life and all corners of the globe.
      So my promise to myself in order to help as many people as i can was to always to produce the best video I could, visual, sound and content. I am certainly not perfect, I am still learning, but comments like this let me know I am at least on the right path!

      I am working on either a series or 2 or 3 videos based on APT (anterior pelvic tilt) OR one longer video. What would you and other viewers prefer? 2-3 shorter videos in a series/playlist, or one longer video?

      Absolutely, I have been planning on putting together a video series on anterior pelvic tilt, what it means, what exercises i would advise doing etc, please stay tuned!
      As to the power bands, I get mine from Amazon just search for "power bands" - there is a great pack called "TOMSHOO 5 Packs Pull Up Assist Bands Set" which also comes with door anchor too.

    Hi, I've had Tinnitus, TMJ and Eye Floaters due to my forward neck posture for 3 years. If I do these exercises along with the release of the neck and jaw from your other video, is this all I need to fix my head posture and eventually get rid of the tinnitus, eye floaters etc. ? Could it take up to 6 months or a year to fix? Thanks!

    • @ChiroCarl
      @ChiroCarl  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      While these exercises are helpful for most people, the fact you're suffering multiple things, and know its due to your posture/head position, it tells me you probably need more hands on care. You should look into seeing a Chiropractor near you who can help and advise you following an examination.

      @@ChiroCarl Hi, thanks for your reply. I did see a Chiropractor, but after 2 sessions she just massaged my neck and released my pterygoid muscle and told me to massage the muscle below the ear between the jaw bone and neck muscle. I did this for several weeks. It helped the tinnitus very slightly and massaging my jaw helps, but only temporarily. My suboccipital muscles are very tight, probably due to using the computer all day long for years. Is it still worth me trying these exercises in the hope that it could fix my problems by the end of the year, and if it still doesn't help then I can go and see a second Chiropractor? Thanks.

    • @ChiroCarl
      @ChiroCarl  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      With respect to that chiropractor, if that is all she did, that is not chiropractic care.
      I would be assessing your jaw, how it interacts with C1/C2, then i would adjust your jaw accordingly.
      Dentists are terrified of TMJ issues (i have several dentists refer their patients to me for TMJ dysfunction) unfortunately a lot of chiros are also underskilled in this area.
      Definitely try a different chiropractor. Also, 2 sessions isn't going to give you any real long term change, especially when you have so many associated symptoms.

    Do not do this at home, with these exercises the only thing you can achieve is to move a vertebra in the neck. I say this from personal experience. It is extremely dangerous!

    • @ChiroCarl
      @ChiroCarl  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Factually incorrect, the spine is a much stronger structure than you make out. If yours is as weak as you make out, you should probably see a spinal surgeon.
      As to your "personal experience" what actually happened?

      @@ChiroCarl Hello! I am from Bulgaria, I studied chiropractic in China in the 90s, I have 25 years of experience in this field.My specialty is "eye leveling", I doubt you've heard of such a thing. If you've heard of the Gravitational Pattern Alignment developed by Dr. Watsenze - it's almost the same, but a "Chinese" version.Over the years I have had all sorts of cases. Some were even devoid of logic, but it turned out that not everything that is written in the "thick" books is true.I do not want to judge you, this technique with the towel can really help many people, but it can also harm someone. You say that it is impossible to turn the vertebra ?! Nothing like that - if something is moving, then it can to relocate.There are many things that we humans do not know, so we must be careful when giving advice to others. Not everything that helps us will help others.

    • @ChiroCarl
      @ChiroCarl  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      While i don't doubt you studied spinal manipulation in china, china as a country does not have a single recognised chiropractic college.
      I didn't say it was impossible to rotate a cervical vertebrae, in fact, that is one of the primary functions of those vertebrae.
      This video is to help postural problems regarding loss cervical curve, at no point do i advice moving the neck beyond its normal range of motion, also, i do not advise using much force.
      If a person doing this is at risk of improper movement, then the last thing they need to worry about is posture and functional curves - i would be advising a trip to surgery!
      I appreciate your concern, as always, there is a disclaimer that not all self directed care is appropriate, and that you should be seen ideally face to face by your chosen health practitioner

    • @georgegeorgiev7782
      @georgegeorgiev7782 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ChiroCarl In China, it all comes down to ancient Chinese medicine, there really is no college, but there is no need.There they call it art, like kung fu. They have been practicing this for 2000 years and the idea is to "straighten" everything around the spine- imbs, pelvis and shoulder girdle and only then straighten if necessary spine.."Human geometry" is studied, not medicine.I do not want to argue with you, as it is very difficult for me to write in English.I don't think it matters where you studied if, despite your knowledge, you hurt someone.
