The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Any% Speedrun in 2:27.09.
Finally got a fairly clean run that I am happy with. A 2:25.XX is definitely possible.

finished the game for the first time in about 40hours with helping mods, had to check the speedrun but wasn't expecting it to be less than 3minutes! congrats!
