- Sorry for being out of breath, but I just finished my workout. Also I tightened the left dip bar after I shot this.
Here’s a quick video on how the sled tread works and there’s more videos to come.

This is great for anyone that wants to do high intensity, training indoors and also someone that wants a high-quality piece that doesn’t take up a lot of real estate in your home gym.
Great for people over 40 like me who are also, rehabbing injuries as well.

That's really cool man. I really like the fact you want walk backwards on it, I been wanting to get on a machine that could help me with that. I have never tried a sled, but I always been curios of using one.
Walking backwards is really good for people with knee problems and also back issues. Let me know when you wanna come by and try it. You can meet the girls.
Also, if you go to any commercial gym, you can just lean against the machine and walk backwards with the machine off to simulate the same sensation
Did you're knobs for the dip bar and pad come in a separate box?

would you mind showing how to change the resistance from the bottom and not the dynamic dial on the side?
Shredded Dad has that on his Review. It’s easy, you pull the pin out and slide to one of the 3 positions.

It feels pretty solid! I had no issues doing calisthenics and very little movement. I thought it would’ve been worse to be honest. It’s gonna take some time with me using it to see the cons that it has, but I will report on them here on this channel.
Also, I wanna make a video to help people that are putting it together to help save them time. There were some mistakes that I made so it took even longer to get it set up, but it’s not that difficult.
What’s the heaviest resistance like?
300lbs of pushing a sled on Turf. To be honest, I been using in on level 14 the most and going to 10 minutes sessions of backwards and forwards sledding

It actually feels very stable. The only thing I would caution is standing on the edge of the treadmill as you can tip it over if you’re heavy enough. But you get used to it.
How did you get that screw that holds the base and the sled I can’t figure it out for the life of me assembly step 3
It’s just a bolt and a washer on each side. Those 2 screws hold it in place. I would direct message the Tibbar Guy on IG or send them an email. I was confused when setting mine up and they helped me a lot.
@@Fitforacting so they don't have an installation video on their website like the manual says right? Yea I can't even get my screw to budge its completely stuck can't loosen it or tighten it
@@patricknemetz2720 it should be able to move. Maybe your is defective then. I was looking for a video but there isn’t one yet. The instructions weren’t the easiest to follow and the print was small. They will resolve any issues you find. It will take a while for us to get the Multistep though. I ordered mine Jan 28th and just got my SledTred May 10th
@@Fitforacting you think you could make a video in assembly 9b that is so confusing and did your 9a 13 go into the tred sled? my sled tred hole is too low for the monitor bar this assembly is something else yikes
