    I think I might be overtraining at the moment, so that work out was eye opening. I will definitely do more of those during the week. Thank you

    Loved this! I'm a super beginner so I just stayed on 2.7 no incline. Hoping to work my way up of course!

    Thank you so much for this new treadmill workout. As mentioned in a previous video comment section of a video you did 2 years ago on the workout for beginner treadmill I started my journey in March 2022. Following that video I have lost 35 pounds by simply adjusting speeds. I am going to add this one now to my regular routine, thanks again.

    Amazing work out, very helpful, I was doing elliptical 40 minutes with mix speed and after 24 days I started feel pain round my knee , I am so upset because I need to lose weight badly 😢, please help me any suggestions. Thank you so much x

    Is this something that you can do everyday or how often should I rest?

      We recommend doing this workout as often as you are comfortable with based on your current fitness level. We recommend you speak with your doctor or main healthcare provider before starting any fitness regime.

      If you can manage daily, do daily.
      Then start to add incline
      and then add hand weights

    Don't have the fancy incline treadmill, lol mine is old school where I have to adjust the legs manually lol but I am happy getting back into working out it's been too long, and I let myself go too far.

    All treadmills are different cause I go to the gym and3.0 is too fast for me so I warm up at a 1.9 and finish at 2.0
