Find your files from "Files" app on your device. Select the folder in which your files are stored and then select "move" and then select your memory card from the "File" app and just paste into your memory card

@@szeszo_ okej dzięki za info, karta szybka i ma dużo pamięci ale jednak stwierdzam że posiadając w mate 20 pro 128gb wbudowanej pamięci wystarczy to zupełnie. A karta może być użyteczna tylko jako pendrive za jakiś czas 🤦♂️

Send it back to the seller. My card works perfectly.
Same issue here. Returning to Amazon. It shows after restart and it disappears. (it shows only when removed and inserted between shut downs).
