    I think you basically have to be able to do a handstand to do this

      Wow. Been practicing for over 10 years. Just this week the instructor says “try and keep legs straight when you jump forward.” First time I heard that. I cannot do handstand-feel like I have permanently weak arms. It’s challenging & discouraging all in one. Great demo.

    Thanks, I will try this. I don’t have a lot of flexion in my big toe joints so it’s hard to go up on my toes. Any tips?
