Hi! Glad to hear that our videos are helpful for you 😊
We actually released a brand new Ashtanga for Beginners course last week that follows a similar structure to what you're looking for. It's a 30 day program with 30 days of classes and lessons. Each day you'll learn a new pose (in sequence) and have a class that leads you through the sequence up until what you've learned that day. There are also meditation, pranayama, and vinyasa theory classes as well.
The program has lifetime access and is on sale for the entire month of April.
⭐️ Click this link to find out more: www.davidandjelenayoga.com/ashtanga-for-beginners-30-day-program/

Great demo. I Had a severe shoulder tendinitis by practicing wrongly this asana for years. When you don't have enough strength in your arms please put the knees down before being able to have the correct pattern

This is a really helpful demonstration. Each time I do chaturunga I feel I need to put more focus in it than in some other postures. Thank you for this video! Namaste.

at the beginning, a chaturanga pose was always hard for me. i never really held it long. so i did not put effort in it. my acutal yoga journey brought me to a point when i suddenly realised, i was able to do it for a pretty long time 😂 i simply lowered slowly from plank every time i did yoga with mady morrisons videos and after around 8 weeks i was strong enough. 😅

I've had to recover from a shoulder pinch injury and am obviously concerned with my Chaturanga form. I've heard instructors say tuck your chin for neck length. Clearly, the chest and chin raised up comfortably definitely aids proper shoulder placement. Shoulders are always trying to take the brunt of an exercise and I want to engage more muscle recruitment. This is really great bc shoulder injuries are so painful. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this kind of vidéo. I am following your instagram for only few weeks but I am happy to have found your TH-cam channel. My chatauranga is not perfect at all and my vinyasa flow either because of my chatauranga (in French sorry :))
I send you good energy and vibes from Paris France 🇫🇷 Hind

Thank you for this breakdown 😊 when I started yoga I found this pose soo hard with a lot of things to focus on. I also had such a hard time tucking my tailbone because of a drastic lack of core strength. It really took me a few years to master it correctly ! And it was really hard to develop patience and commitment in a world where everything is supposed to be instantly there. I guess this is when I learned sole of the 8 lines of yoga: non grasping, and non violence. 😊
