I don't use the Adi Mantra unless it's an actual Yogi Bhajan kriya - I feel doing so would be disrespectful. And this class in particular is part of a relaxing evening series which is meant to be very casual and accessible to anyone, to help chill out at the end of the day. No need to take this one too seriously 😉
