You know, that Fix-It Felix Jr. game is a real game. I've seen and even played real arcade cabinets of it. (RIP Disney Quest) That said, I was today years old when I discovered someone had ported it to the Genesis, or whatever type of ROM file it actually is.
The Genesis port of Fix-it Felix Jr. is actually a homebrew, based on the official arcade cabinets that Disney made and shown off at places like San Diego Comic-Con, to promote the film's then-upcoming release. Said arcade game however was just a PC program, and it eventually leaked into the internet a couple months after the release. Definitely beats playing the web browser version that was on Disney's website at the time (or maybe it still is)… I do find this homebrew takes a few cues from that version though, but only in a favorably minuscule dose. It's not purely faithful to the arcade original, high in hindsight, adds to the slightly-off stank that home console ports of arcade games had at the time.

actually disney made the fix it felix jr game as a promotion for Wreck it Ralph, beleive they put it on a website as a flash game. So yeah, that's why its so accurate and good.
