I'm just waiting for Krillin to have his day at least once. So far, as powerful as he is, he has been written in as not much more than cannon fodder for Goku. It would be cool for Krillin to have his one moment of triumph and breakthrough. The focus has always been on Sayans and their potential but exploring some unrealized potential for humans could be a relatable part of the story for fans.
For those who pay attention to this kind of stuff, Krillin's six dots mean he is an orphan foundling raised by the shaolin temple. This makes him an archetypal hero, just like Son Goku.
Krillin is good at fighting above his weight class. You may be 10x stronger than him but when he throws that destructo disc you better get outta the way.
I say this about Yamcha also . Dude is stronger than every human hundreds of times over, outside of the Z warriors. Also went into fights knowing he was going to die, but had to try anyways because he was of very few that could . True bravery , heart of gold
I've known this for a long time, but I didn't realize the extreme extent of it. Krillin has been the strongest human for a very long time. (not counting cyborgs, alien hybrids, or reincarnated cosmic beings) His destructo disk is so strong, that literally everything it has ever touched has been sliced in half. Including Frieza's tail, a mountain, and everything else except the ONE instance where Perfect Cell just ignored it. (but he was so far above any other character that I doubt anything could have touched him.)
@@Syrus_Priest They should have made it cut off Cell's head and then he could prove his power by just growing a new one instantly. That's what SHOULD have happened.
@@nicmagtaan1132 Well they should have done it that way then. It would preserve the awesomeness of the ability and also show just how invincible Cell was at the same time. Having him no-sell it was utter BS.
Sadly Tien probably loses hard. The Kikoho saps directly from your life force iirc, and takes more time and concentration to use than most of Krillin's techniques. In a hand-to-hand fight without using ki attacks it would be pretty close, but once you account for Solar Flare, Kienzan, and Krillin's miryad other attacks, it becomes too lopsided.
He could flick his finger from a far distance and kill us. Like how Goku back when chichi was fighting in the world tournament punched the air hard enough to knock her back
I dont think he would need to touch us. At his current level, and if we are standing close enough, Krilling could power up all the way and the ki and wind blast would be enough to send us flying at speeds fatal to tne human body
Krillin definitely deserves alot better! Even knowing that he is underpowered, he still shows up to the battlefield more than anyone else! I made a lore Video on Krillin discussing his true potential not too long ago that i think you might enjoy. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it! I did one on Bulma and Piccolo as well and I plan to do more on all the other underappreciated characters
I love that they're being made relevent. But they REALLY needed to get some sort of new training. The writers just decided they'd be stronger than beings they have no reason to be with their regular training.
I somewhat agree. Imo most of the training makes sense. Like when krillin started training again, he had 18 as a training partner, plus he had that training on the island when he overcame his fear so those are reasonable boosts. Roshi never stopped training, stated by tien in rof arc. 17’s training is kinda vague. He said he fought poachers, but a lot of them came from space so who knows what kind of fighters he encountered. He also had cell jrs. To train with. And Dende said he never stopped training hard. Combine that with infinite energy, his boost also makes sense. Etc.
Really, the anime just needs to be aware more of the boost the gave goku in the beginning of the series. It’s not as bad as people make it seem because goku only had the ssjg boost with ssj. So that’s a whole 50x multiplier decrease in base. And he was only able to become low multi when he combined ssg with that boost. But still lol
Krillin has been my favorite pure blooded character in Dragonball. It's good to see a video that shows how powerful Krillin is. He is the strongest Earthling. Krillin should get a earthling transformation in the future based on his personality and characteristics and he should learn the Kaioken because he is the perfect one to master and use its full capabilities because he has great Ki control. I would give Krillin Master Roshi's Max Power Buff Form and a Zen Enlightenment transformation based on his status as a monk where he gets a orange aura and the six dots on his head shine. I would call it Enlightened Monk Martial Artist!
EXACTLY. That’s what I believe makes the Earthlings special. They don’t have the brute strength of Saiyans, so they have to rely on STRATEGY AND TECHNIQUE. I’d argue that Destructo Disk, Solar Flare and Spirit Ball are some of the most useful techniques in OG Dragon Ball.
@@selfloathinggivesmelife7810 unfortunately, strategy and technique doesn’t get you fat if the strength gap between you and your opponent is very wide.
Krillin reminds my of a couple short, lean powerlifters I see at my gym. They’re small, but absolutely jacked, and the weights they can rep out on the major compound lifts are always well past or multiple times their bodyweight. depending on the lift
Krillin gets to go home to his beautiful cyborg wife and daughter, both of which love and look up to him. He's also the strongest of his race. Goku's wife resents his battle-fanatic habits, and his eldest son tries to avoid being like him. Vegeta's wife wears the pants in the relationship, his son is a brat and the future version is a weird bitchboy. Krillin won.
I wouldn’t say that about vegeta. Truthfully, vegeta won too cuz he’s got a sugar mama n married into a literal empire. That’s like if Bill Gates was a chick n vegeta was the baby father, cha-fucking-ching.
This is a fantastic idea! It'd make for very exciting battles! I made a lore Video on Krillin discussing his true potential not too long ago that i think you might enjoy. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it!
Everyone says that but it wouldn't really work on anyone except Vegeta and Nappa. Krillin didn't know the Destructo Disc during the Raditz fight. Frieza can fight even when he's chopped in half as long as he has ki left, as shown by the struggle against Super Saiyan Goku at the end of the Namek Saga. The androids eyes are basically heat sensing cameras (as shown by Major Metalitron's fight in original dragon ball), so they'd be uneffected by the Solar Flare. Cell would know all about the Solar Flare since he has everyone's techniques and would just close his eyes. Krillin was turned to stone before he even got to fight Babidi or his minions. Buu can just regenerate so even though the Solar Flare would stun him, the Destructo Disc wouldn't do jack. So yeah, that wouldn't really work out at all despite what everyone says.
Krillin definitely deserves alot better! Even knowing that he is underpowered, he still shows up to the battlefield more than anyone else! I love videos that point this out. Hes incredibly smart, so even if his power level isnt up to par his knowledge of how to use it is. In dragonball he was always a very technical(if silly) fighter
I still think the humans should have a legitimate transformation. Like some hidden ancient form that can drain ones life because the human body can’t take it for too long, so it has to be used sparingly or on a time limit. Yes, I know kaioken is kinda the same concept, however I would add a few more wrinkles to make it more unique and it should be a human exclusive trait meaning that even Gohan and the other hybrids could potentially get it too but w/out the drawbacks. It really does hit all the marks and it enables many of the Z fighters to get involved. Maybe somehow Bulma comes across some ancient text that mentions the transformation or something. Idk just a thought 🤷🏾♂️
in fact, i thought of one. blazing soul form. a form that uses the uniqueness of the human soul that can exceed the power of super saiyan blue kaioken, but would likely kill the user if used for too long.
@@equanimity92 Damn informative video for sure. Funny enough, there is a fan manga of "What if cell had won against gohan" or so. I forgot the real name if it's not the real one. Goten is the main character and last hope in that fan manga and krillin there actually survived the cell attack and many years later he learned the kaioken and he even asked bulma to make him into an android...so yeah...pretty much the whole package XD He was even able to beat super saiyan goten easily until he got stonger and krillin reached his limit. That's why he was turned into an android. Crazy stuff. One of my favourite fan mangas :D
I never understood why the humans didn't all get kaioken they all trained with King Kai. Hell even yamcha learn the damn Spirit bomb LOL but no kaioken the one move during the freezes saga that could have closed the Gap a little bit between super Saiyan and humans. They wouldn't have been as powerful as Goku not even base form Goku but they would have been a big help against Frieza if they all had kaioken! Yamcha and Tien I believe had a power level of somewhere around 60,000 when they were training with King Kai? Even basic b**** kaioken would've giving them a power level of 120,000 in the Frieza saga that is no slouch! And krillin is way stronger than both of them with the power boost from the elder namekian and kaioken, krillin would have been a force to be reckoned with!
Being aware of powerful beings, exposed to them with image training and team training equals massive gains for the humans. Dragon Ball Z has always said Humans mixed with Saiyans is deadly but very few get what that means. Even Goku, a Saiyan raised on earth with Human ideals turns out stronger then ever. I always like to think it has something to do with Beerus test of "Good Food". Shows creativity, imagination, ingenuity to the point that Earth is a prized position among the Gods.
Krillins skills and Fight IQ are off the charts. I made a lore Video on Krillin discussing his true potential not too long ago that i think you might enjoy. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it!
@@raw5889 IKR? Z was all about power level unlike DB where Roshi was able to beat people more powerful than himself "his students" but I suppose that was retconned in SDB showing he was more powerful than he let on.
Krillin's confidence is holding him back more than anything. I mean I get it dude was impaled and then exploded from the inside. In super he's overcoming that fear a bit but then he gets cocky. He loses way too much for being the strongest human by far and even during the android arch he was leagues ahead of the other human Z fighters in power.
have Bulma replicate the infinity engines inside 17 and 18 and implant them into the humans. see what happens. the Guro was able to make a couple street punks stronger than super sayians, apply a similar (but you know... voluntary) method to people who can already shatter a galaxy
Knowing how they train and are experienced martial artists they should very fast surpass 17 and 18. And in that case they might even be able to close the gap to Ssj Blue Goku 😅

The dude is purely human, and gained all his power through nothing but training, has an attack that can cut pretty much any god damn thing or person no matter how strong they are if it hits them, and on top of all this is only like 3 feet tall, I thought everyone already knew he was op.
@@asimplefuture_ I think he cut Buu with it though, so that doesn't make logical sense. Even less sense since if we count anime-exclusive scenes (and this one actually appears in Kai that cuts out filler), he directly fights Imperfect Cell, dodging his tail attacks and even landing a hit that seems to damage him.
I really resonated with the sign off on this video - the whole training off-screen and Deus ex power increases - There are a few fan comics where they did, in my opinion, the absolute perfect thing to make Krillin and Yamcha relevant - make them androids The thinking being, how powerful 18 is and that she was just a random abducted kid who was experimented on, whereas Krillin is a trained and experienced fighter already at peak human level Bulma having potentially years more experience with the android tech and access to alien technology - that alone is a significant reason for a power boost - hell they could even do the same with 17 and 18 and make them better too using alien alloys or something It annoys me stuff like this seems obvious but instead, they just do what is essentially a kid in a playground "nu-uh my power level is eleventy billion now, because I did the secret mega technique I didn't tell you about"
@@leultrainstinct406 There's no reason she can't make a perpetual energy drive. She understands Gero's technology, especially shown when she and her dad repair and reprogram 16. @@reptilian_geneticist Tien was still stronger considering he was on par with the ginyu force, while Krillin was still way weaker despite gurus power up
@@reptilian_geneticist Namek doesn't really change anything for me. Tien started out way stronger and more talented than Krillin, Krillin got a potential unlock on Namek, but Tien was training on King Kai's world - where Goku got like 20× more powerful in base, on top of Learning Kaioken and Genkidama in like six months, and where Piccolo got strong enough to impress Nail after a few weeks - There was even filler that depicted Tien as casually above Ginyu Force members that one-shot Krillin (filler or not, it actually matches up perfectly with how Goku and Piccolo improved training with King Kai). Tien stayed there for months, while Krillin slacked off on Earth. That should have more than equalized him with Krillin's gains on Namek - if not put Tien above. Then everyone trained with for three years, Krillin proceeded to not do much, only to to quit marital arts for 7 years thereafter. Tien grinded for those seven years, and had feats against Semi-Perfect Cell and Buuhan, whereas Krillin does not. I have no reason to believe that he would be stronger. It's only in Super, where all reason goes out the window, that Krillin actually surpasses Tien's endless training, by the narrative privilege of being Goku's best Friend.
@@reptilian_geneticist Ambiguity aside, Tien's training on King Kai's world nullifies that for me, because of how strong people who have trained there are shown to have become. Piccolo and Goku both got tens of times stronger in as little as a few weeks, and Tien was suggested to be above GF members - one of whom took Krillin out in a kick. Tien spent months there while Krillin was on Earth, chilling. Tien trained throughout Z, Krillin didn't. Tien has feats, Krillin doesn't. Evidence points to Tien being greatly superior. And that's not even taking his seemingly greater rate of improvement into account. This is the same guy who was considered one of the most talented individuals back in Dragonball, and was able to mimick essentially any technique through single observations. I can't really justify Krillin's one-time power increase via Guru being above all of Tien's training, potential, and feats throught even the Namek saga. Let alone the rest of Z.
It's not that we don't want to admit it, it's just watching him fight in the show and movies makes people think he's weak because Goku or Vegeta always outshine him.

I always wished Krillin would hone his destructo disks into like a twin sword sort of configuration and hone his speed to overcome his lack of brute power.. he could have been DragonBalls very own rogue class. Also why did krillin never pick up and learn master roshis super power up ? Idk man I still feel like krillin should have scaled better.
I'm a huge Dragon Ball fan. I re-watch the series about every year starting from the original Dragon Ball when Goku is a child, and yes... I even watch GT. I know full well how powerful Krillin is, and yet I still had to watch this video!
I feel like Krillin was strong enough to stand with Goku at SSJ 1, but doesn't realized how powerful he'd become, so he got psyched out by seeing Goku transform.
Anyone that disses Krillin, I just direct them to Namek Saga. Krillin was a fucking boss then. He was a dude, on a planet under invasion by forces way stronger then him, surrounded on all sides with rogue elements about, the responsibility of his best friends youngest son and NO back up. Yet he strategically, and damn well, fought his way through that whole situation like a genius with nerves of steel. Despite his fear. You can't give more credit to a character for handling it how he did.
They kinda just threw power levels out the window which I dont like. The power levels gave us a basic insight to go off of when talking about character strength. Also he did look taller.
@@R1c0941 literally thinking the same thing. It really doesn't make sense. Also Broly shouldnt even be there. Back in early super Whis told Beerus the only remaining Saiyan's are on Earth. So not only does he not make sense even a bit strength wise, but he is literally just a character they threw out there without even thinking of the storyline because alot of people like Broly from Z. They also kinda over greased it with making Kale back in the Tournament of Power.
Krillin is the most impressive character in my eyes. He impresses me more than even Goku. I mean think about it if you were a Saiyan with the potential to be a God level threat who wouldn’t train? Krillin didn’t have the motivation of being the strongest to keep pushing him. He literally can’t ever be the strongest no matter what he does yet he still surpassed his own limits as a human.
The line about Krillin scaling above Beerus made me break out in laughter. It is what the Dragonball series does. I laughed harder because I realized it will trigger all sorts of fools.
It angers me SO MUCH how people belittle other characters feats by saying "Goku is supressing himself." It's a martial arts show/manga at its core to this day. The entire point of Goku being surprised by the less powerful non sayian characters is that in martial arts there will ALWAYS be a balance and dance between power and technique. And while when you get Goku strong, there's only so much the other characters can do. But THEY CAN still do something which is the entire point!
Dragon ball has given up on proper power writing but to me its still really fun. I dont care about what the power scaling would mean and how a side character could solo low diff the last arc but i just like having characters be relevant and using them for fun fights.
I get it that some people don't care about the quality of the writing, but this can't be defended consistently, otherwise, any character could just have an ass pull and defeat any other character, killing any kind of tension there could be, because creating stakes then would be impossible :(
dude, everyone knows that krillin is strong... when they say he's weak, it means compared to the top tiers in the series who make him not even relevant anymore. and the scaling in super is so ridiculous that it's hard to even take it seriously
Krillin's true power comes from his techniques and resourcefulness. He is insanely intelligent and a fierce/cunning fighter. I hate the fact that some fans overlook him.
God Forbid he learned the Kaioken to enhance his training and keep up with everyone. Since he can’t transform all he can do is just raise the Kaioken Multipliers to numbers beyond what Goku could handle! Eventual he would be able to achieve UI. Again, this is if he desired strength like Jiren or the Saiyans
Now, this is something I never got from the series... The trained with Kaio, Why they didnt learn Kaioken? I mean, it is stated in the series that Human energy control is extreme and we know that, if the writers wanted to move this way we would be seen new forms of kaioken techniques, or even 100x kaioken at some point.
@@anthonywalker6487 yeah, thats what we first learnt, but now Goku is using 20x kaioken with another exhausting form. The Kaioken doesnt seem to be more detrimental or even equally detrimental as the Kikoho technique Tien uses.
@@NullPresence yeah, I totally agree with you there, lack of imagination. I can easily point out many ways humans could have stood relevant. They never used HBTC or Gravity training besides that of King Kaio planet for example, they never learnt the kaioken or genki dama(spirit bomb), but Krillin managed to control it in the Saiyan Saga. Besides Roshi, no other character ever used Expand and they remember that because Roshi used Expand again in Super. Tien 4 witches technique has been completely forgotten ever since Z started, the Kikoho was transformed into a "normal" attack, despite it being showed to be extremely powerfull and exhausting, actually, because of Kikoho, I believe Tien could master and even improve Kaioken technique. Not to say that the whole Ultra Instinct premisse is based on eastern martial arts of fusing mind and body, which is also the basis of Crane and Roshi school, and given the training humans do in the show is alot more focused on these principles, humans couldve displayed UI much easier than Goku or any other race. The only reason humans arent as strong or stronger than the others is because of writer preference. Even Piccolo got set aside, but in Super we get to know of the existance of a Namekian God, which would imply Piccolo could reach God Form aswell, also, the regenerative abilities of namekians could make Kaioken so much powerfull for them.
It was DB Super's job to show just how powerful all of the LEGACY characters became over time. Piccolo never stopped training. Tien never stopped training. Vegeta never stopped training. ETC. Not only was this not done, but ALL the visual aesthetics that made Z great weren't present in most of Super. If the show comes back, they need to slow down production times so the animators can ACTUALLY draw like they really can.
The only issues visually happened in the first half of the series due to unfair deadlines. But once they got organized and consistent, the animation and art eventually surpassed anything in Z. They did show how strong characters got. Vegeta was able to surpass ssj3 goku in ssj2 at the very beginning of the series. Piccolo had a nice fight with frost, eliminated some gifted fighters in the top, and helped gohan fight 73 in the Moro arc. Krillin actually became the most tactical human over the years along with a boost. Etc.

I always have to say it when i get a chance. Krillin is my favorite character, hands down. He's the strongest and bravest human and the most human in the show, imo.
I mean outside of Hyrudigon I think he would if its DBS post TOP Krillen aside from Beerus and DBS Broly as well as DBS Frieza (ROF) I think he could easily solo all movie villains at the same time Edit: depends on if he can figure out Hyrudigon's Hax is nullified when he is angered by being taunted otherwise Hyrudigon can just ignore all damage done to him outside of Future Trunk's sword thats now broken
One thing, you said 19 was supposed to be able to take on SS Goku. I remember it as the androids didn't know Goku could even go SS because of the fact that it happened on Namek
fun fact but ever since i started reading the original dragonball manga when i was a kid ive loved krillin he's the onlt human character throughout the series that CONSISTENLY jumps into hte fight even if he know's he's at a disadvantage powerwise and also tends to strategize rather then depend on raw power bt ive also taken to appreciate how he's ALWAYS been able to at least hold his own for a good while against whatever he's fighting TLDR krillin is the real tough guy constantly being willing to push harder then all just to keep up
You know what that means right Krillian existence proves if humanity change its culture to focus on training similar to Krillians. Possibly a few million dying from the training but I’m pretty humanity gives little to numbers.
The Kienzan is a strong technique regardless of the power of its user, same thing with Tenshinhan's kikoho and Piccolo's Makankosappo... Even if Kuririn's power level was just 1000, his Kienzan would be multiple times stronger than that.
It always angered me that vegeta told nappa to dodge the disk but still ends up killing him. He didn’t even care if Nappa died he just didn’t want krillin to shine.
But you do have to admit, Toriyama (Dunno if anyone else smacked sense into him about it), did re-do the Power Scaling. It's still not very good, but it's better than the fucking Android (mostly Cell's) Saga, and Majin Saga.
Krillin is currently the strongest human because of plot magic and also for being goku's best friend while tenshinhan is the second strongest human when in fact he should be the strongest human in the series due to how he never quit training throughout his whole life unlike krillin who have gave up training twice in his life and is just receiving bs power ups for being goku's best friend and plot magic.
You can say that about everything and every character in every manga/anime. Everything is plot covenience , every stone, every tree, their looks, their parents.....that is no argument my dear. All is there so the world can excist and the story progress. The gods and angels and so on very introduced for that purpose aswell. Just because tien is training more doesnt mean he is surpassing Krillin. The rules are different than our reality aswell. Earth has alot of old pumped up fighters that suck even when krillen just had a few years of training. Again that is no argument. Goku had also 100x more power ups than Krillin, just for the plot alone. Android 17 and 18 were just build and are stronger than 99.999 % of all beings....
@@creativeideas5985 Great points sir but still hard work is work and according to the series own logic especially in dragon ball anyone can overcome strong opponents with hard work and training but unfortunately later in z it all have been replaced with plot magic.
@@Basheerrko Not anyone. Most beings have not the required talent or racial privilege like Freeza to be able to have an average Martial Skill even less Ki Affinity. Now lets talk about Z figthers. They all a prodigys, high potencial, high talent, good Race. But that doesnt mean they can explore it or reach it neither does it mean they have all the same potencial. Krillin is special, he was at one point almost even to Goku, and he had the same progress Goku had training with muten roshi. He was not only good becaúse he was his friend but because Krillin is a fighting genius, with the con of his fear, that will always put a strain on him. Tien was in the second tournamend in DB better than Kriillin, but he was older and was exposed to a better Training and KI perfection. When krillin reached tiens age he was stronger.....and i believe krillin is the better prodigy of them both.
Important to note, for someone to become stronger even with everything needed, he needs to be eitehr exposed to strong sparring partner, enemies or environment like gravity... or like freeza just been born this way. This is why muten roshy who is also an prodigy who is over 300 years old never reached higher heights. For hundreds of hundreds of years he was the strongest of the known world until goku came and he felt first time jelousy.and this is why i believe muten rosh is now far stranger than at that time....more exposure to enemies and experience. Tien is training yes, but on a simple level, where as krillin has 18 and even after breaks can catch up very fast due to him being a genius. Standing under a waterfall while being humped by chaosu or throwing fists in the air is limited and i believe tiens learning progress is now on a low and he reached a certain peak in cell saga. ofcause you can claim plot, but you can always do that.Krillin without his fear could unlock a milestone i am sure of that. and 18 did not just chose him because he was cute but that is debetable.
My advice...never listen to what geekdom say or believes. He is still a prisoner of the powerlevel z age, the focus now is on the Ki control instead of power Level,, therefore angels are skinny and strong. Krillin has the higher ki Control capability, that is why he invented the Disc one of the most broken moves that can kill opponents way higher than you. You think krillin should be weaker? i think krillin could be stronger than piccolo or even son gohan in his current state, if he actually commited and took anti anxiety pills.
Considering he never reached 80K at the literal END of Z... I doubt it. Toriyama re-did the Power Scaling, while still not overly good, changed quite a bit.
He's definitely alot stronger than he himself and most others think! I made a lore Video on Krillin discussing his true potential not too long ago that i think you might enjoy. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it! I did one on Bulma and Piccolo as well and I plan to do more on all the other underappreciated characters
I think Krillin will start training more now , since there’s people like Moro threatening the earth, and since he’s been able to get this far as a human, a potion or an immortality wish from Shenron, would grant him the time he needs to become god level in terms of ki
Krillin as a cop in the anime: "I got hit by a bullet and it left a mark... I'm out of shape" - He's literally admitting that he's trained hard enough and for long enough to become Superman while still being human. And he's not hit by the bullet because he couldn't dodge, but because he chose not to so as to avoid the risk of someone getting hurt. Also I think the reason Goku keeps using Super Saiyan Blue ties into the "ki control" thing. His control and awareness of his power level is why he does it, so he can tune the attacks he's outputting to the power levels of his opponents. He is "holding back" but he's holding back to a level intentionally tailored to exceed the power of his training partner. He attacked Krillin with a kamehameha which he had carefully tuned to be *TOO POWERFUL FOR HIS FRIEND* and Krillin manages to push it back and surprise Goku. Even with him holding back, that shows insane power, because Goku sees the best in people and is inclined to expect the best of his friends.
Krillin imo is the strongest human. 18 might have fell in love just because he cause incredibly strong for a human. In Super, Being Human was something both Andriods really wished to be/feel
I’m 100% here for OP Krillin. Honestly, I’d be cool with the humans making gains even faster than the saiyans so catch up even more. In addition, I’d love to see if Tien is actually successful in teaching ki manipulation to the students at his school. More human ki users will make the world feel less small.
He wasn’t. Before they had started physical training with Roshi they had a fight over who kept the rock Roshi told them to find, and Goku easily takes Krillin down
Db super makes little to no sense, even less than DBZ has ever made but one thing for sure. Krillin isn't weak. One of the best db videos I've ever seen!

In terms of the Blue form against Krillin, bare minimum it would’ve been the strength of the initial Super Saiyan God Goku. I doubt the threshold for power would allow Goku to power down so much and still maintain that form if it was any weaker than SSJG.
This is why I fondly watch back at the old Dragonball series, where Krillen actually did some impressive fighting against Roshi, Goku and Piccolo, despite losing... (Also, during the Saiyan and Namek arc, he really held it together as well and was the last time he really was fully relevant in the main plot)...
Humans really should get some sort of unique form or ability that none of the other species can use. Or maybe instead of power creep as a way to make the human characters relevant, maybe they should just have battles be based on team work and tactics? Have a villain that even Goku can't defeat no matter how hard he trains, so everyone has to pitch in and strategize.

There’s some iffy moments here and there but it makes sense for the most part. Those iffy moments are only used to make certain side characters relevant which is a good pay off. Also that krillin always used strategies to get the upper hand in his fights during super. Too many people forget that in db, tactics can overcome raw power
Tbh Krillin could beat some anime protagonists on other series, is just that when it comes to power scales, facing up against gods and other fighters, it kind of gets too overwhelming for his own good

I've known this for a long time, but I didn't realize the extreme extent of it.
Krillin has been the strongest human for a very long time.

His destructo disk is so strong, that literally everything it has ever touched has been sliced in half. Including Frieza's tail, a mountain, and everything else except the ONE instance where Perfect Cell just ignored it. Agreed. They have to be close to even
Sadly Tien probably loses hard.
Honestly, they must be over or about buu Level by now, they FINALLY beat DBZ 😂😁
Just think, Tien is a martial artist who actively trains himself and many students. He's probably super fucking strong.
Yes yes yes
Krillin could literally kill any of us with a single finger
He could flick his finger from a far distance and kill us. Like how Goku back when chichi was fighting in the world tournament punched the air hard enough to knock her back
No, he could breath heavily and erase the planet.
I dont think he would need to touch us. At his current level, and if we are standing close enough, Krilling could power up all the way and the ki and wind blast would be enough to send us flying at speeds fatal to tne human body
He could jump and create a shockwave big enough to destroy the solar system.
Exactly

Too bad he only really used Solar Flare to get the HFIL outta there.

Just a multiplier. He probably can't handle a Kaioken x 20.

I still don’t understand why the writers hate Tien so much. Like, he’s weaker than Roshi at this point.
I get it that some people don't care about the quality of the writing, but this can't be defended consistently, otherwise, any character could just have an ass pull and defeat any other character, killing any kind of tension there could be, because creating stakes then would be impossible :(
We need a rock power level analysis
It’s over 9,000!
@@rockittomenowok 9,000,000,000
Don't underestimate Killing or the humans for that matter, this all make sense, it's just supers way of power scaling who knows
dude, everyone knows that krillin is strong... when they say he's weak, it means compared to the top tiers in the series who make him not even relevant anymore. and the scaling in super is so ridiculous that it's hard to even take it seriously
If you think I'm weak, fight me.
-Krillin
Krillin's true power comes from his techniques and resourcefulness. He is insanely intelligent and a fierce/cunning fighter. I hate the fact that some fans overlook him.
Imagine calling Krillin weak and not being able to even lift weight clothes
Exactly, you literally have to wear his shoes to feel the constant struggles he puts on himself to grow stronger.
Nor did they use the Time Chamber.
The kaio ken is too much of a hassle since it wrecks your body
Etc.
I agree tho, they needa make sure they’re consistent. That’s probably why it’s taking so long to come back
Krillin definitely deserves alot better!
Now with Toriyama running the snake road himself, we'll never know if he planned for us to see how powerful the strongest human can be.
Krillin is one of my favorites.
besides Frieza and Beerus
I like tiny but mighty characters.
Frieza has a sense of humor to die for and Beerus's facial expressions destroyed my lungs with laughter.

I always have to say it when i get a chance. Krillin is my favorite character, hands down.
He's the strongest and bravest human and the most human in the show, imo.
I'm pretty sure that if Krillin fights all the movie villains at once, he would solo them all with relative ease.
not likely
@@craigime I know, I'm joking.

I remember it as the androids didn't know Goku could even go SS because of the fact that it happened on Namek
fun fact but ever since i started reading the original dragonball manga when i was a kid ive loved krillin he's the onlt human character throughout the series that CONSISTENLY jumps into hte fight even if he know's he's at a disadvantage powerwise and also tends to strategize rather then depend on raw power bt ive also taken to appreciate how he's ALWAYS been able to at least hold his own for a good while against whatever he's fighting TLDR krillin is the real tough guy constantly being willing to push harder then all just to keep up
You know what that means right
Krillian existence proves if humanity change its culture to focus on training similar to Krillians. Possibly a few million dying from the training but I’m pretty humanity gives little to numbers.
I think it is important to consider that "weaker" characters will often show up for the fight out of a sense of duty and honor.
he's a regular human who can really fly and perform ki attacks, nothing else needs to be said. He's far beyond human limits
The Kienzan is a strong technique regardless of the power of its user, same thing with Tenshinhan's kikoho and Piccolo's Makankosappo... Even if Kuririn's power level was just 1000, his Kienzan would be multiple times stronger than that.
Did you mean "Destructo disk", "Tri Beam" and "Special Beam Camnon" you idiot
Those names Butters used are the Japanese names of those techniques.

Krillin is a human that squared up against a Super Saiyan Blue and didn't get destroyed
The one thing I'll credit Super with is that they brought relevance to characters that Z basically made irrelevant.
It always angered me that vegeta told nappa to dodge the disk but still ends up killing him. He didn’t even care if Nappa died he just didn’t want krillin to shine.
Another video explaining how absurdly nonsensical the scaling is.

@@anwylakatsuki9110 not a joke
I weep for the fanboys trying to figure out Zeno's power level
But you do have to admit, Toriyama (Dunno if anyone else smacked sense into him about it), did re-do the Power Scaling. It's still not very good, but it's better than the fucking Android (mostly Cell's) Saga, and Majin Saga.

Krillin is so powerful that his seed can actually created a baby with an android now that's power
I don't know how you didn't mention garlic Jr saga... Seeing killin being a badass fighting in a white suit was my favorite
I argue that Krillin had a power level of a million when mechanical frieza showed up. I think it was roughly around 500,000.
Considering he never reached 80K at the literal END of Z... I doubt it. Toriyama re-did the Power Scaling, while still not overly good, changed quite a bit.
@@MLPIceberg Proof?

Krillin will kick everyone’s ass in the comments including me lol
Actually Krillin was slightly stronger than goku when they first met. Krillin had gone through some training as a monk
He wasn’t. Before they had started physical training with Roshi they had a fight over who kept the rock Roshi told them to find, and Goku easily takes Krillin down

In terms of the Blue form against Krillin, bare minimum it would’ve been the strength of the initial Super Saiyan God Goku. I doubt the threshold for power would allow Goku to power down so much and still maintain that form if it was any weaker than SSJG.
Initial ssg Goku =< Base Goku during R.o.F
"lol naruto stomps"
Omg. This made my day xD
The Krillin Piccolo and the whole Z team needs an upgrade not just Goku and Vegita
My first thought was:
Why Krillin is far more powerful than you...
Krillin definitely deserves alot better! Even knowing that he is underpowered, he still shows up to the battlefield more than anyone else!
