Electric heat would be an astronomical cost in Maine.
Bang-gor. Not banger. I grew up about a half of a mile from the Milford house. It's probably over-priced by about $30,000. That's why it's not selling. It is in fact on the road and all that, too. There are no jobs in Milford and Bang gor is a solid half-hour drive. It's a nice little town, though. Tough winters.
